Abstract
【解決手段】 電力管理装置14は、電力系統から供給された系統電力が電動車両EVに充電されたことに応じてカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置16から電動車両EVに発電電力が充電された場合にはカウンタ値を保持し、電動車両EVから分電盤11に放電したことに応じてカウンタ値を減算する。カウンタ値が所定の目標値となるまで電動車両EVから分電盤11に放電する。所定の目標値が零に設定され、全体動作制御部108は、カウンタ値が零となるまで電動車両EVから分電盤11に放電する。

Claims (12)
- 電力系統から供給された系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じてカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合には前記カウンタ値を保持する充電量積算手段と、
前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電したことに応じて前記カウンタ値を減算する放電量積算手段と
を備えることを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 前記カウンタ値が所定の目標値となるまで前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御する制御手段をさらに備えること特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記所定の目標値が零に設定され、
前記制御手段は、前記カウンタ値が零となるまで前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記電動車両の走行距離を取得する走行距離取得手段をさらに備え、
前記系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数と、目標となる前記電動車両の単位走行距離当たりの二酸化炭素排出量に対応したカウンタ値とが予め設定され、
前記充電量積算手段は、前記系統電力の前記電動車両の蓄電池への充電量に前記二酸化炭素排出係数を乗算して得た値を前記走行距離取得手段により取得した走行距離で除算した値を、前記カウンタ値に加算し、
前記制御手段は、目標となる前記電動車両の単位走行距離当たりの二酸化炭素排出量に対応したカウンタ値となるまで、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記発電装置の翌日の発電電力量及び前記住宅の翌日の需要電力量の予測を行い、前記電動車両の蓄電池が満充電になると予測される場合にのみ、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電するよう制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電する放電量の上限値を、前記発電装置の翌日の発電電力量から前記住宅の翌日の需要電力量を差し引いた余剰電力量とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記系統電力の単位電力量当たりの二酸化炭素排出量を示す二酸化炭素排出係数が予め設定され、
前記二酸化炭素排出係数に前記充電電力量及び前記放電電力量を乗算した二酸化炭素排出量をカウンタ値とすることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記系統電力の単位電力量当たりの電気料金を示す電力料金係数及び前記発電装置による発電電力の単位電力量当たりの売電料金を示す売電料金係数が予め設定され、
前記発電電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じて当該発電電力に前記売電料金係数を乗算してカウンタ値を加算し、前記系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じて当該系統電力に前記電力料金係数を乗算してカウンタ値を加算することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記カウンタ値又は前記カウンタ値に相当する情報を表示する表示手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記充電量積算手段は、前記カウンタ値を、複数の電動車両に対する充電量に応じて加算し、
前記放電量積算手段は、前記カウンタ値を、複数の電動車両に対する放電量に応じて減算すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。 - 電力管理装置に内蔵されたコンピュータによって実行される電力管理プログラムであって、前記コンピュータを、
電力系統から供給された系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じてカウンタ値を加算し、住宅の発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合には前記カウンタ値を保持する充電量積算手段、
前記電動車両の蓄電池から前記住宅に放電したことに応じて前記カウンタ値を減算する放電量積算手段、
として機能させるための電力管理プログラム。 - 電力を発電する発電部と、
前記発電部により発電された発電電力、電力系統から供給された系統電力、電動車両の蓄電池により充放電された充放電電力とを分配する電力分配部と、
前記電力系統から供給された系統電力が電動車両の蓄電池に充電されたことに応じてカウンタ値を加算し、前記発電装置から前記電動車両の蓄電池に発電電力が充電された場合には前記カウンタ値を保持する充電量積算手段と、前記電動車両の蓄電池から放電したことに応じて前記カウンタ値を減算する放電量積算手段とを含む電力管理部と、
前記電力管理部により算出されたカウンタ値に基づいて、前記電力分配部の動作を制御する制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする電力分配システム。
