Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于插入式电力传动交通工具的鉴别系统。本发明还涉及一种用于插入式电力传动交通工具的能量审核系统。
背景技术
电力传动交通工具使用电动机以供给交通工具的全部或者部分机械传动动力。电力传动交通工具的类型包括从诸如氢等燃料产生车载电力的燃料电池、将来自电网的电力存储在化学电池中的电池和从转动发电机的内燃机产生车载电力的混合型。插入式电力传动交通工具可以是以上类型的任何一种并且具有能够从电网再充电的电网连接。随着对环境的关切与矿物燃料逐步增加的成本,电动交通工具的普及稳步增长。
与矿物燃料交通工具的续加燃料不同,并且除了电池技术发展以外,电网充电的电力传动交通工具会需要若干小时来完全充电。虽然在夜间再充电对于插入式电力传动交通工具的某些拥有者来说是适合的,但不是全部拥有者都会在居住房屋附近安全停泊,并且如果这种交通工具大规模使用是可行的,则需要能够从除了拥有者家之外的场所中的出口进行再充电。可能的再充电场所包括在办公区域和商业中心与高层塔楼公寓附近的公共停车场。因此必须确保电力传动交通工具的拥有者从随后付费的电网接收能量。还需要确保公共可使用区域的电源出口不对无法识别的和/或未经授权的装置输送能量。
发明内容
在第一主要方面,本发明提供一种用于插入式电力传动交通工具的鉴别系统,该系统包括:
第一装置,其能够电连接到第一电力设备;
电力连接器,其用于在第一装置和远程装置之间建立电力路径,其中远程装置能够电连接到第二电力设备;第一装置包括:
接收器,其配置成通过电力连接器从远程装置接收包含独特标识符的请求;
控制开关,其能够配置成将第一装置电连接到第一电力设备以及断开连接;以及
控制装置,其与接收器通信以便控制第一装置的操作,控制装置能够操作以响应请求以便启动鉴别程序来确定是否远程装置是可靠的并且被授权与第一装置交换电力,并且仅根据可靠的和授权的确定触发控制开关使第一装置电连接到第一电力设备。
在优选的实施例中,接收器是电力线收发器的接收器部分,以便能够在电力路径进行数据通信。该电力路径包括导体,优选地该导体适于在各装置间传送电力和数据。
鉴别系统还可包括远程装置。
第一和第二电力设备可以是电源或者电力负荷。应该理解当第一电力设备是电源时,第二电力设备是电力负荷,反之亦然。
在一个实施例中,各装置配置成使得第一装置能够电连接到第一电力设备,该第一电力设备是地区电网(通过停泊场所的电网出口)且远程装置能够电连接到第二电力设备,该第二电力设备是能量存储系统,其中电网起到电源的作用且能量存储系统起到电力负荷的作用。停泊场所可以是例如住宅或者商业区。
在一个可选择的实施例中,各装置配置成使得第一装置能够电连接到第一电力设备,该第一电力设备是能量存储系统且远程装置能够电连接到第二电力设备,该第二电力设备是地区电网(通过停泊场所的电网出口),其中电网起到电力负荷的作用且能量存储系统起到电源的作用。该实施例的优点是可以将电力发送到电网,这减少了在具体出口上净测量的电力。能量存储系统可以是例如电力传动交通工具中插头的电池或者燃料电池。
根据电力传动交通工具处于再充电模式或者电源模式,系统可以配置成选择性地根据上述每个实施例操作。
在以上提及实施例的任何实施例中,第一装置和/或远程装置可以可拆卸地连接到各电力设备。任选地,第一装置和/或远程装置可以机械地集成到各电力设备中。例如第一装置可以集成到停泊场所的插孔。
第一电力连接器可以是标准电缆。第一装置和远程装置都可以包括插孔或者连接器,以便与所述电力连接器接合。插孔可以是标准的AC电插孔或者可以是SAE规格,诸如但不限于SAE J1772,或者可以是IEC62196规格。优选地,插孔或者连接器配置成能够进行双向电力流通。
在以上提及实施例的任何实施例中,远程装置可以包括:
发射器,其配置成通过电力连接器向第一装置发送包含独特标识符的请求;以及
控制器,其与远程装置的发射器通信以便控制远程装置的操作。
远程装置还可以包括控制开关,其能够配置成将远程装置电连接到第二电力设备以及断开连接。
远程装置的发射器可以是电力线收发器的发射器部分,以便能够在电力路径上进行数据通信。该收发器或者每个收发器可以是电力线收发器,诸如C型总线、现场总线(LonWorks)、或者其它可能在电力线上进行数据通信的适合的收发器。
控制装置还可以包括时钟。
该装置或者每个装置还可以包括附加的收发器,其可通信地耦合到装置的各控制装置以便能够在无线网络或者除了电力路径之外的介质上进行双向通信。
在以上提及实施例的任何实施例中,第一装置还可以包括第一传感器,其与控制装置通信以便测量第一装置和第一电力设备之间传送的能量数量。第一传感器可以测量从第一电力设备接收的电力或者传送到第一电力设备的电力。远程装置还可以包括第二传感器,其与远程装置的控制器通信以便测量通过电力连接器传送到第二电力设备或者从第二电力设备接收的能量数量。
在实施例中,接收器是收发器的接收器部分,第一装置可以配置成以任意给定的间隔传送给远程装置第一信号,第一信号表示传送到第一电力设备或者从第一电力设备接收的能量数量。远程装置可以配置成以任意给定的间隔传送给第一装置第二信号,第二信号表示通过电力连接器传送的能量数量。优选地,第一和第二信号分别包括识别在指定时间间隔中传送的能量数量的时间戳。装置或者每个装置可以包括加密装置,以便将各时间戳加密。
在优选的实施例中,第一和/或第二信号包括加密识别标志。在该实施例中,第一装置的控制装置和/或第二装置的控制器可以使用公钥加密以鉴别加密识别标志,并且在确定该识别标志不是可靠的时候,操作控制开关使各装置从每个电力设备断开电连接。
在可选择的实施例中,第一装置包括存储器,其用于存储独特标识符的记录,每个标识符表示被授权与第一装置交换电力的远程装置,且控制装置能够操作以找到接收到的独特标识符与存储的记录的匹配,以及当找到匹配时触发控制开关使得第一装置电连接到第一电力设备。
第一装置的控制装置和/或第二装置的控制器可编程为对于对应的时间戳将第一信号和第二信号进行比较,并且当第一信号大体上不等于第二信号时,断开装置到各电力设备的电连接。

当第一信号基本上不等于能量审核信号时,控制装置能够操作以使第一装置从第一电力设备断开电连接。
在优选的实施例中,能量审核信号包括加密识别标志。在该实施例中,装置的控制装置可以使用公钥加密以鉴别加密识别标志,并且在确定识别标志不是可靠的时候,操作控制开关使第一装置从第一电力设备断开电连接。
在优选的或者可选的实施例中,如果在指定时间间隔内没有接收到能量审核信号,则控制装置能够操作以使第一装置从第一电力设备断开电连接。
在本发明第二方面的一个实施例中,接收器是电力线收发器的接收器部分,以便能够在电力路径进行数据通信。在该实施例中,能量审核信号和电力可以加载到电力路径的同样的导体上。
根据本发明的第二方面,能量审核系统还可以包括远程装置。
在本发明第二方面的一个实施例中,各装置可以配置成使得第一装置能够电连接到第一电力设备,该第一电力设备是地区电网(通过停泊场所的电网出口,或者通过位于具体场所的的公共测量计),且远程装置可电连接到第二电力设备,该第二电力设备是能量存储系统。停泊场所可以是例如住宅或者商业区。
在本发明第二方面的可选实施例中,各装置可以配置成使得第一装置可电连接到第一电力设备,该第一电力设备是能量存储系统,且可电连接到第二电力设备的该第二电力设备是地区电网(通过停泊场所的电网出口)。
根据电力传动交通工具是在再充电模式或者在电源模式,能量审核系统可以配置成根据本发明第二方面的任一实施例而可选择地操作。
根据本发明的第二方面,第一装置和/或远程装置可以可拆卸地连接到各电力设备。任选地,第一装置和/或远程装置可以机械地集成在各电力设备中。例如,第一装置可以集成在停泊场所的电网出口。电力连接器可以是标准电缆。第一装置和远程装置都可以包括接合装置,诸如插孔或者连接器,以便接合电力连接器。该接合装置可以是标准的AC电插孔。优选地,该接合装置配置成能够进行双向电力流通。
根据本发明第二方面的任一前述实施例,该远程装置可以包括:

接收器可以是无线接收器和电力线接收器之一。发射器可以是无线发射器或者电力线发射器之一。任选地,接收器可以是收发器的接收器部分,且发射器可以是收发器的发射器部分。该收发器或者每个收发器可以是电力线收发器。通过使用该电力线收发器,可以通过电力连接器发送能量审核信号。
该控制装置和控制器可以包括时钟。

具体实施方式
参考说明用于插入式电力传动交通工具12的鉴别和能量审核系统10的图1和图2,描述以下示例。系统10包括以下称为管理装置14的第一装置和远程装置18。
管理装置14包含在充电终端19中并且电耦合到该终端19的出口22。该充电终端19位于商业中心的停车场24中。电力从形式为电网16的第一电源供给到管理装置14,该电网16由各种发电机26供给电力。应该理解本文使用的术语电网涉及连接电力生产者与电力消费者的电力分配系统/网络。电网可以包括作为传送系统或者分配系统之一或两者的一部分的发电机、变压器、交换站、测量设备和安全设备。
远程装置18预安装到电力传动交通工具12(第二电力设备)中。该远程装置18电耦合到该交通工具12的充电电路21。在图2中,仅出于说明的目的,充电电路和远程装置被示出为位于交通工具的外部。该交通工具12包括作为其主要能量源的一个或者多个电池(21a),用于对连接到轮的电动机供电以推进交通工具12。电池的类型包括铅酸电池、镍金属氢化物、锂离子和锂金属聚合物电池。电池和充电电路组成交通工具的能量存储系统。
设置电缆20形式的电力连接器,其一端插入充电终端19的出口22,另一端插入交通工具12的插座以便建立管理装置14和远程装置18之间的电力路径。应该理解插孔必需与单相和三相电网兼容。它们应该是低成本的、具有耐用的设计并且能够经受持续户外使用的严格条件。重要的是它们必需具有不止一个冗余的安全特性以便保护用户,并且应该锁定在适合的位置以防止损害和盗窃。最后,电缆20必需与交通工具和电网之间的数据和通信兼容。
通过双向连接器(未示出)进行管理装置14和出口22与交通工具12的远程装置和充电电路21之间的电连接,以便当在电缆20上形成连接时,允许电力通过交通工具12的电池从电网16被选择性地接收或者从交通工具12的电池被选择性地传送到电网16。
具体参考图1,系统被配置成从电网16到交通工具12传送能量。
管理装置14包括形式为常规微处理器30的控制装置,以控制装置的操作。远程装置18的中央是形式为常规微处理器40的控制器。微处理器30包括存储器(未示出)。
管理装置14和远程装置18都包括电力线收发器32、42。通过收发器32和42建立电力线通信链接L1,通信链路L1使用电缆20的电力路径以便在管理装置14和远程装置18之间以任一方向通信数据。形式为接触器34的控制开关可被配置成,基于微处理器30指令,将管理装置电连接到电网16以及断开连接。
管理装置14包括形式为能量计36的传感器,以便测量从电网16接收的或者传送到电网16的能量数量。能量计36感测通过管理装置14接收的能量的电学特征,例如电压电平、电流电平、电力消耗、供给频率等等。
远程装置18还包括形式为能量计44的传感器,以便测量在电缆20上接收的能量数量。能量计36感测远程装置18中的能量的电学特征,例如电压电平、电流电平、电力消耗、供给频率等等。
以下的说明详述了系统10的使用,该系统10允许在无需服务人员或者拥有者监控交易的情况下对电力传动交通工具12安全充电。
用户艾丽斯购买具有预安装远程装置18的插入式电动交通工具12。当艾丽斯向管理系统10的组织(在下文中表示为关键充电(KeyCharge))登记时,为艾丽斯建立账户,其存在于KeyCharge的记账和管理系统38内。将独特的数字证书和私钥编程到处理器40的存储器中,以允许艾丽斯证明其身份。通过将艾丽斯的公钥绑定到她的账户标识符并且通过证明权限使其被标记,形成独特的数字证书。该证书可以使用X.509格式或者任何其它合适的格式。
在起初的空闲状态中,接触器34处于打开状态,且因此管理装置14不直接电连接到远程装置18。在该状态中,管理装置的测量计36指示微处理器30是否有可用的电压以及没有能量流过管理单元14。接触器是打开的,因此是断电的。微处理器30通过其电力线收发器32持续从远程装置检查请求。
艾丽斯将她的插入式电力传动交通工具12靠近位于商业中心24的终端19停泊。艾丽斯将接附到终端19的出口22的充电电缆20连接到其交通工具22的充电插头(未示出)。该电缆20是其中电力线还额外用于信道的标准三插针电源出口插头。
系统进入经过初始阶段、鉴别阶段,然后经过能量传送阶段,以便在管理装置14和远程装置18之间安全地传送能量。
首先,在电力线电缆20上建立数据信道。通过使用其各自的收发器,装置的各微处理器30、40在互相连接的电缆20上建立互相的通信链接L1。管理装置的收发器32周期性地发送信号通过充电电缆20并且等待远程装置的收发器42的响应。
如果不能建立信道,则微处理器30将信号传送到终端19上的显示器(66),该显示器(66)通过红色错误光向艾丽斯提供可视指示。在故障暂时出现时,管理装置14将持续尝试建立连接。
在建立信道后,使用鉴别程序自动地向管理装置14证明艾丽斯(远程装置18)的身份。远程装置18的微处理器40从存储器检索数字证书,并且通过通信链接L1将其在电缆20上传送。
在接收到电缆20上的数字证书时,管理装置14则通过使用存储在管理装置14的存储器中的证明许可公钥,尝试通过使证书中的证明许可识别标志生效而将数字证书生效。如果识别标志生效失败,则认为数字证书无效。然后微处理器30将信号传送到终端19上的显示器,该显示器通过红色错误光向艾丽斯提供可视指示。
一旦证书中的数字识别标志生效(证明证书中的公钥与艾丽斯的账户标识符有关),则管理装置14必需确保远程装置18知道艾丽斯的密钥。为了做到这点,管理装置14向远程装置18发出包含用艾丽斯公钥(从生效的证书获得)加密的随机数据的质问信息。远程装置18通过使用存储在处理器存储器40中的艾丽斯的私钥将质问数据解密。远程装置18随后对数据执行散列函数并将其返回到管理装置40。装置40随后将返回的数据与其起初传送的数据(在对其执行了同样的散列函数之后)进行比较,如果它们是相同的,则装置18证明其知道艾丽斯的密钥,则她的身份被建立。
管理装置14还要求艾丽斯将PIN号或者其它密码键入终端19的键盘作为对建立艾丽斯身份的额外的检查。在该情况下,在数字证书中,艾丽斯的密码的散列会提供给管理装置14。
如果数字证书有效且质问/响应成功(且密码检查有效),则管理装置14已经建立了远程装置的身份。然后管理装置的微处理器30与记账和管理系统38通信,以尝试使艾丽斯被授权从终端接收能量生效。该鉴别可以是检查确定艾丽斯的账户有足够的款项,或者仅检查艾丽斯处于对终端授权部分的“白名单”。如果终端19实际上安装在艾丽斯的私人住宅,则后者是特别有用的。如果艾丽斯没有被授权,则在终端19的显示屏上,同样地将可视指示提供给艾丽斯。
任意地,艾丽斯可以将待传送的能量数量预置为货币(美元)、时间(充电分钟),或者能量(瓦时)测量。根据该特点,当传送的能量数量已经满足时,管理装置的微处理器30将触发接触器34打开,以促使管理装置至电网16的电连接断开,因此使至交通工具12的电连接断开。
一旦艾丽斯的身份已建立并给出授权,则建立对话,且管理装置开始向艾丽斯的交通工具12传送能量。在能量传送状态,管理装置的微处理器30触发接触器34闭合。这促使能量从AC干线电源16流过管理装置14、流过电缆20、流过远程装置18并流到交通工具12的充电电路。
在传送期间,远程装置的收发器42周期性地(例如每秒4次)传送加密的能量传送审核信号。使用存储在微处理器40存储器内的艾丽斯的私钥,对该信息进行标记并加密。由于当对话时从艾丽斯的交通工具12发送之前的审核信号,信号包含积累的能量数量。通过通信链接L1,能量审核信号发送通过电缆20。
管理装置的处理器30将信号解密、使识别标志生效,然后将由测量计44记录的要求通过艾丽斯的装置18的传送的能量数量,与由测量计36记录的从电网16传送的实际数量进行比较。如果值不相比(虑及测量精度),则微处理器30触发接触器34使远程装置18与充电终端19的电连接断开。可视指示通过终端19上的可视显示屏提供给艾丽斯。
应该理解,在能量传送期间的任何时刻,如果识别标志生效失败(例如第三方企图使艾丽斯的车从电缆断开连接并插入其本身的交通工具中),则微处理器30会触发接触器34打开,以促使远程装置18从电网16断开电连接。
假设查理想通过拔出艾丽斯交通工具的插头并插入他自己的交通工具(或者任何其它的电力传动装置)来偷窃能量。由于查理不知道艾丽斯的私钥,因此他不能创建有效的审核信息。管理装置的处理器会触发接触器34,并且一旦收到无效的审核信息或者没有收到期望的审核信息(允许再尝试从暂时的通信故障中恢复),则使能量供给断开电连接。
没有被制止,查理企图通过将他的交通工具连接到给艾丽斯的交通工具充电的电缆20而偷窃能量(没有拔下艾丽斯交通工具的插头)。查理将他的交通工具连接到电缆20并开始接收能量。然而,当下一能量审核信号从远程装置传送到管理装置14且微处理器确定能量记录不对照时(由于查理的交通工具已经接收了一些能量),则管理装置的微处理器30触发接触器34打开以使远程装置18从电网16断开电连接。因此查理也被断开连接。由于查理不知道艾丽斯的要求创建有效识别标志的私钥,所以他还是不能欺骗审核信息。
如果艾丽斯将她的车插入未装配管理装置14的标准插座,则她的车仍可充电。如果查理偷窃远程装置18,则艾丽斯可以使她的账户失效或者从“白名单”删除她的密钥,以致使她的远程装置18对查理不可用。另外如果查理已经偷窃、安装了远程装置18并且在艾丽斯使其账户失效前进行使用,则查理的实际位置为系统所知,则可以通知当局。
有利地,系统10对公共可用的、无人监督的电源插座,提供两方面能量传送的确定。第一是仅授权的交通工具可以从装配了管理装置的电源插座获得电力。第二是从装配了管理装置的电源插座传送给每个授权交通工具的能量的计时和数量对于交通工具拥有者和能量供应商都是确定的。
已经关于对交通工具再充电描述了系统,即能量从连接到电网(第一电力设备)的充电电路流过,通过管理装置、通过远程装置并到达交通工具(第二电力设备)。系统还可以配置成不仅能够将能量从电网传送到交通工具,而且在交通工具不活动期间,还能够将电力从交通工具发送到电网,以便减少对终端19的净测量的电力,并且允许传送能够的交通工具的拥有者偿还赊账。
图3说明这种实施例。同样的数字指代在图1中描述的同样的部分。鉴别和能量审核以同样的方式发生。然而,在该示例中,管理装置的触发器34保持闭合状态,并且远程装置还包括开关或者触发器48,该开关或者触发器48可配置成将远程装置电连接至交通工具的充电电路21以及断开连接,以便对电网16供给能量。
另外,管理装置包括形式为无线收发器39的附加收发器,并且远程装置包括形式为无线收发器46的附加收发器。在该实施例中,的远程装置的无线收发器39将数字标记的能量传送审核信号传送到管理装置的收发器46。
本领域的普通技术人员应该理解,在不脱离概括描述的本发明范围的情况下,可以对以具体实施例示出的本发明进行多种变化和/或改型。例如,虽然在图1示出实施例中的能量审核信号已描述为通过通信链接L1在电力线电缆20传送,但信号可以例如是无线电信号,或者通过移动网络传送或者在互联网联接上传送。应该理解当每个装置包括开关时,如果例如检测到未授权的交易,则每个或者两者可以配置成结束装置之间的能量传送。以上的示例使用标准的质问-响应鉴别。应该理解可以使用其中一方提出质问且另一方必须提供待鉴定的有效响应的其它协议。因此,上述实施例在全部方面应认为是说明性的且非限制性的。

Claims (49)

1.一种用于插入式电力传动交通工具的鉴别系统,所述系统包括:
第一装置,其能够电连接到第一电力设备;以及
电力连接器,其用于在所述第一装置和远程装置之间建立电力路径,其中所述远程装置能够电连接到第二电力设备;所述第一装置包括:
接收器,其配置成通过所述电力连接器从所述远程装置接收包含独特标识符的请求;
控制开关,其能够配置成将所述第一装置电连接到所述第一电力设备以及断开连接;以及
控制装置,其与所述接收器通信以便控制所述第一装置的操作,所述控制装置能够操作以响应所述请求以便启动鉴别程序来确定是否所述远程装置是可靠的并且被授权与所述第一装置交换电力,并且仅根据可靠的和授权的确定来触发所述控制开关以使所述第一装置电连接到所述第一电力设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鉴别系统,其中所述接收器是电力线收发器的接收器部分,以便能够在所述电力路径进行数据通信。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鉴别系统,其中数据加载到也用于电力传送的所述电力路径的导体上。

47.根据权利要求46所述的能量审核系统,其中每个收发器是电力线收发器,且通过使用所述电力线收发器,所述能量审核信号能够通过所述电力线连接器发送。
48.根据权利要求47所述的能量审核系统,其中所述能量审核信号加载到也用于电力传送的所述电力路径的导体上。
49.根据权利要求37至48中任一项所述的能量审核系统,其中所述控制装置和所述装置或者每个装置的所述控制器包括时钟。
