Abstract
【解決手段】マスタシリンダ2とブレーキキャリパ4とを連結する主配管30と、第1分岐管20端部の液損シミュレータ6と、第1分岐管20上の第1電磁弁SOL1と、第2分岐管40の端部の液圧モジュレータ9と、第2分岐管40上の第2電磁弁SOL2と、主配管30上の第3電磁弁SOL3と、マスタシリンダ2〜SOL3間の第1圧力センサP1と、SOL1〜液損シミュレータ6間の第2圧力センサP2と、SOL2〜液圧モジュレータ9間の第3圧力センサP3と、P1〜P3の出力値を検知するECU50とを備える。P2の分解能をP1,P3より高くし、ECU50は、SOL1を開状態にした際のP2の出力値が所定値より小さいと、各圧力センサの出力値をゼロ点として記憶する。

Claims (4)
- ブレーキ操作力に応じた液圧を発生するマスタシリンダと、
主配管を介して前記マスタシリンダと連結されるブレーキキャリパと、
前記主配管から分岐した第1分岐管の端部に接続された液損シミュレータと、
前記第1分岐管の途中に配設されて前記マスタシリンダと前記液損シミュレータとを断接する常閉式の第1電磁弁と、
前記第1分岐管より前記ブレーキキャリパ側において前記主配管から分岐した第2分岐管の端部に接続されると共に、アクチュエータの駆動力で発生する液圧を前記ブレーキキャリパへ供給する液圧モジュレータと、
前記第2分岐管の途中に配設されて前記液圧モジュレータと前記ブレーキキャリパとを断接する常閉式の第2電磁弁と、
前記主配管の途中に配設されて前記マスタシリンダと前記ブレーキキャリパとを断接する常開式の第3電磁弁とを有する車両のブレーキ装置において、
前記マスタシリンダと第3電磁弁との間で前記主配管に配設される第1圧力センサと、
前記第1電磁弁と前記液損シミュレータとの間で前記第1分岐管に配設される第2圧力センサと、
前記第2電磁弁と前記液圧モジュレータとの間で前記第2分岐管に配設される第3圧力センサと、
前記第1、第2、第3圧力センサの出力値を検知する制御手段とを具備し、
前記第2圧力センサの分解能を前記第1および第3圧力センサの分解能より高く設定し、
前記制御手段は、前記第1電磁弁に通電して開状態にすると共に前記第2圧力センサの出力値を検知し、該出力値が所定値より小さい場合に、前記第1、第2、第3圧力センサの各出力値を各圧力センサのゼロ点として記憶することで、ゼロ点補正を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする車両のブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第2圧力センサの出力値が前記所定値以上になると前記第1電磁弁を閉じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のブレーキ装置。
- 前記ゼロ点補正は、前記車両の主電源のオン時に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両のブレーキ装置。
- 前記車両は自動二輪車であり、
前記ブレーキ装置が、前記自動二輪車の前後輪に別個独立してそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両のブレーキ装置。
