Abstract
【解決手段】 端子金具21に、リード線接続部29と相手側接続部23との間に、端子金具自身の先後に延びる仮想軸線G2の回りを包囲するように、端子金具自身をなす金属板材を、U字形に曲げ形成した圧入部25を設けておき、この圧入部25をリード線接続部29を先端側にして、相手側接続部23側を押して圧入孔7へ圧入する構成とした。圧入部25が、従来の細長い平板状で先後に延びた形の端子金具に比べると、U字形に曲げ形成した構造をしているため、軸線方向に対する圧縮強度や曲げ強度を大きくできるので、折れ曲がり等の変形を防止できる。

前記端子金具の圧入前において該端子金具寄りの前記リード線の端部又は該端部寄り部位の外周面にシール用弾性部材が取付けられ、該端子金具の圧入後において該シール用弾性部材によって前記リード線の外周面と前記圧入孔の内面との間のシールが保持されてなるコネクタにおいて、
前記端子金具には、前記リード線接続部と前記相手側接続部との間に、
端子金具自身の先後に延びる仮想軸線の回りを包囲するように、端子金具自身をなす金属板材を曲げ形成した圧入部を設けておき、
この圧入部を前記圧入孔へ圧入してなる構成としたことを特徴とする。
前記圧入部が前記圧入孔に圧入されている状態において、前記U字の両脚部を該回り止め部に係止させていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタである。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂製のコネクタハウジングに形成された圧入孔に、リード線の端部に接続された金属板材からなる端子金具を、そのリード線接続部を先端側にし、後端側に位置する相手側接続部側を押して前記先端側から圧入することによって前記コネクタハウジングに組み付けてなるコネクタであって、
前記端子金具の圧入前において該端子金具寄りの前記リード線の端部又は該端部寄り部位の外周面にシール用弾性部材が取付けられ、該端子金具の圧入後において該シール用弾性部材によって前記リード線の外周面と前記圧入孔の内面との間のシールが保持されてなるコネクタにおいて、
前記端子金具には、前記リード線接続部と前記相手側接続部との間に、
端子金具自身の先後に延びる仮想軸線の回りを包囲するように、端子金具自身をなす金属板材を曲げ形成した圧入部を設けておき、
この圧入部を前記圧入孔へ圧入してなる構成としたことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記端子金具の前記圧入部を前記仮想軸線を横断する断面においてU字形に形成し、この圧入部が前記圧入孔に圧入されている状態において該圧入部が前記仮想軸線の回りに回転しないように、前記圧入孔の内面には前記圧入部のU字の両脚部が係止して回り止めをなす回り止め部が形成されており、
前記圧入部が前記圧入孔に圧入されている状態において、前記U字の両脚部を該回り止め部に係止させていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記圧入部は、前記圧入孔の内面に食込む突起を有しており、前記圧入孔に圧入されている状態において該突起が該圧入孔の内面に食込んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記圧入部は、前記圧入孔の内面に食込む突起を、前記仮想軸線を横断する断面において、U字形の圧入部の該U字の両脚部の各端に位置する部位及び該U字の底部の外面に、それぞれ1以上有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタが、前記リード線が外部に引き出される形で回路基板搭載ケースに取り付けられているとともに、前記端子金具の前記相手側接続部が回路基板搭載ケース内に搭載された回路基板の電極端子に接続されてなることを特徴とする、コネクタ付きの回路基板搭載ケース。
