Claims (4)
- 中空円筒状のハウジング(10)と、相手方コネクタ(100)との機械的および電気的接触を行うための、前記ハウジング(10)の内側に径方向に配置される、ケーシング壁(14)を有する中空円筒の形態のコンタクトスリーブ(12)とを備える電気プラグコネクタであって、弾性的に偏向可能で自由端(20)を有する少なくとも1つのコンタクトスプリング舌片(16)が、前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)の前記ケーシング壁(14)に配置され、前記自由端(20)が前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)の前記ケーシング壁(14)を越えて径方向内方に突出して前記相手方コネクタ(100)の電気的および機械的接触のためのコンタクト面(22)を形成するように構成される、電気プラグコネクタにおいて、
3つのリブ(24)が前記コンタクトスリーブの前記ケーシング壁(14)の外周に形成されて前記ケーシング壁(14)を越えて径方向外方に突出し、前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)は前記3つのリブ(24)によってのみ前記ハウジング(10)に支持されており、前記3つのリブ(24)は、前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)の所定の軸方向部分にわたって、コンタクトスリーブ(12)に関して軸方向に延び、かつ、前記リブ(24)が前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)に関して周方向に互いに等距離で離隔している
ことを特徴とする、電気プラグコネクタ。 - 各コンタクトスプリング舌片(16)が前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)の前記ケーシング壁(14)のU字形の切欠(18)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気プラグコネクタ。
- 前記リブ(24)の領域の前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)の外径が前記ハウジング(10)の内径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気プラグコネクタ。
- 前記コンタクトスリーブ(12)が打ち抜き曲げ加工部品として製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ。
