Description
(1)Cリングが波目加工又はローレット加工されているため、外部導体との接触が線接触又は多点接触になり、コジリなどがあっても接触が安定化し、高周波数特性が向上する。
(2)Cリング収容溝は、先端側が内側に傾斜する斜面を有するため、外部導体との接触が線接触又は多点接触になり、コジリなどがあっても接触が安定化し、高周波数特性が向上する。
(3)外部導体内周面及び中心端子外周面に形成された前方圧入部及び後方圧入部の存在により、絶縁体のガタツキが少なくなり、インピーダンス整合の安定化が図れる。

Claims (8)
- 円筒状の外部導体と、
前記外部導体の中心軸上に位置する中心端子と、
前記外部導体と前記中心端子との間に位置する絶縁体と、
前記外部導体の内側に位置する帯状のCリングと、を備える電気コネクタであって、
前記外部導体の内周面の先端側には、前記Cリングを収容するための収容溝が形成されており、
前記収容溝の先端部に、先端側の内径が後端側の内径より小さくなるような斜面が形成されている、電気コネクタ。 - 前記Cリングは、先端側の端面が波目加工されている、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記外部導体の外周面の先端部には、相手側コネクタの外部導体と接触するための当接部が形成されており、
前記当接部は、外側に突出している、請求項1又は2に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記当接部の突出形状は曲面であり、
前記収容溝に形成された斜面の後端側の終了位置は、前記当接部の後端側の終了位置より、後端側にある、請求項3に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記Cリングが前記収容溝に収容された状態で、前記Cリングの内面と、前記外部導体の内面とが略同一平面上にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記収容溝は、前記外部導体の内周面を打ち出して形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記中心端子の外周面には、前記絶縁体と接触する部分に、第1及び第2の突起が形成されており、
前記第1及び第2の突起は、前記絶縁体の先端部及び後端部の付近に形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記外部導体の内周面には、前記絶縁体と接触する部分に、第3及び第4の突起が形成されており、
前記第3及び第4の突起は、軸方向において前記第1及び第2の突起の間に形成されている、請求項7に記載の電気コネクタ。
