Claims (4)
- 芯線と前記芯線を被覆する絶縁被覆とを有する電線と、
前記電線に挿通されて該電線との隙間をシールするゴム栓と、
前記ゴム栓の外周を加締める第1加締め片を有する端子と、
を備え、
前記端子は、該端子が連鎖端子であった際のキャリアの連結部としての連結片を切断して残った一部から成り、前記ゴム栓を加締める第2加締め片を有し、
前記第1加締め片は、前記端子の底板の両側縁から突出して一対に形成され、当該一対の前記第1加締め片は、それぞれの先端部が前記ゴム栓の外周に前後互い違い当接するように加締められ、
前記第2加締め片は、前記底板の後縁側に連続して延設され、前記底板における前側の前記第1加締め片の前縁に対向する箇所を起点にして前記ゴム栓に向けて内側に折り曲げられている端子のゴム栓保持構造。 - 前記第2加締め片は、平板状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の端子のゴム栓保持構造。
- 前記第2加締め片は、前記ゴム栓の直径に対し曲率半径を大きくした凹円弧形状に湾曲形成されている、請求項1に記載の端子のゴム栓保持構造。
- 前記第2加締め片は、前記ゴム栓側に向かって突出した凸円弧形状に湾曲形成されている、請求項1に記載の端子のゴム栓保持構造。
