Abstract
【解決手段】メインシャフトとカウンタシャフトとの間に複数の歯車対を有する変速機と、メインシャフト上に配設されるツインクラッチとを備え、該ツインクラッチによってエンジンの回転駆動力を変速機との間で断接するようにしたツインクラッチ式変速装置において、変速機内の複数の歯車対のうち、回転駆動力を伝達する1つの歯車対を選択するために軸方向に摺動可能に取り付けられた摺動可能ギヤと、軸方向に摺動不能に取り付けられた摺動不能ギヤとの間に、ドグ歯とドグ孔とからなるドグクラッチを適用する。このドグクラッチを噛み合わせることにより、シフトフォークで摺動される摺動可能ギヤと、該摺動可能ギヤに同軸上で隣り合う摺動不能ギヤとの間で回転駆動力の伝達を行う。

Claims (5)
- メインシャフトとカウンタシャフトとの間に複数の歯車対を有する変速機と、前記メインシャフト上に配設されるツインクラッチとを備え、該ツインクラッチによって動力源の回転駆動力を前記変速機との間で断接するようにしたツインクラッチ式変速装置において、
前記メインシャフトは、奇数変速段のギヤを支持する内筒と、偶数変速段のギヤを支持する外筒とから構成され、
前記ツインクラッチは、前記内筒へ伝達される回転駆動力を断接する第1クラッチと、前記外筒へ伝達される回転駆動力を断接する第2クラッチとから構成され、
前記歯車対は、前記カウンタシャフトに回転駆動力を伝達する1つの歯車対を選択するために軸方向に摺動可能に取り付けられた摺動可能ギヤと、軸方向に摺動不能に取り付けられた摺動不能ギヤとから構成され、
前記摺動可能ギヤは、前記内筒、前記外筒および前記カウンタシャフトのそれぞれに設けられ、該摺動可能ギヤに係合するシフトフォークで摺動されることによって、同軸上で隣り合う前記摺動不能ギヤとの間で回転駆動力の断接を行い、
前記摺動可能ギヤと、該摺動可能ギヤと同軸上で隣り合う摺動不能ギヤとの間に、ドグ歯とドグ孔が噛み合うことで回転駆動力を伝達するドグクラッチが適用されていることを特徴とするツインクラッチ式変速装置。 - 前記摺動可能ギヤと摺動不能ギヤのうち、外径の大きい方にドグ孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のツインクラッチ式変速装置。
- 前記シフトフォークは、前記メインシャフトおよびカウンタシャフトと平行に配設されたガイド軸に摺動可能に取り付けられると共に、該ガイド軸と平行に設けられたシフトドラムの回動に伴って摺動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のツインクラッチ式変速装置。
- 前記シフトフォークのガイド軸が2本設けられ、
前記ガイド軸の一方側には、前記メインシャフト側の摺動可能ギヤを駆動する少なくとも1つのシフトフォークが取り付けられ、
前記ガイド軸の他方側には、前記カウンタシャフト側の摺動可能ギヤを駆動する少なくとも1つのシフトフォークが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のツインクラッチ式変速装置。 - 前記ツインクラッチ式変速装置は、所定の変速段で回転駆動力を伝達する際に噛み合うドグクラッチと、前記所定の変速段と隣り合う変速段で回転駆動力を伝達する際に噛み合うドグクラッチとを同時に噛み合わせることにより、前記ツインクラッチの断接状態の切り換えによって隣り合う変速段間の変速が可能となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のツインクラッチ式変速装置。
