Abstract
【解決手段】変速比一定の通常運転状態では両クラッチ34,35の一方を接続状態にするとともに他方を遮断状態とし、偶数変速段間もしくは奇数変速段間での変速切換を実行するにあたっては、偶数変速段用および奇数変速段用歯車変速機構17,16の一方が歯車列の確立切換途中でニュートラル状態となったときに、両歯車変速機構17,16のうち歯車列の確立切換対象である歯車変速機構に対応するクラッチを、遮断状態から接続状態として再び遮断した後に、前記歯車列の確立切換終了後に遮断状態から接続状態に切換える。

Claims (4)
- 選択的に確立可能な偶数変速段の歯車列(G2,G4)を複数有する偶数変速段用歯車変速機構(17)と、選択的に確立可能な奇数変速段の歯車列(G1,G3)を複数有する奇数変速段用歯車変速機構(16)と、前記両歯車変速機構(17,16)がそれぞれ有する入力軸(18,19)および動力源間の動力伝達の断・接を個別に切換可能とした一対のクラッチ(34,35)とを備えるツインクラッチ式歯車変速機において、変速比一定の通常運転状態では前記両クラッチ(34,35)の一方を接続状態にするとともに他方を遮断状態とし、前記偶数変速段間もしくは前記奇数変速段間での変速切換を実行するにあたっては、前記偶数変速段用歯車変速機構(17)および前記奇数変速段用歯車変速機構(16)の一方が歯車列の確立切換途中でニュートラル状態となったときに、前記偶数変速段用歯車変速機構(17)および前記奇数変速段用歯車変速機構(16)のうち歯車列の確立切換対象である歯車変速機構に対応するクラッチを、遮断状態から接続状態として再び遮断した後に、前記歯車列の確立切換終了後に遮断状態から接続状態に切換えることを特徴とするツインクラッチ式歯車変速機における変速制御方法。
- 前記偶数変速段用歯車変速機構(17)および前記奇数変速段用歯車変速機構(16)の一方が歯車列の確立切換途中でニュートラル状態となったときに確立切換対象である歯車変速機構に対応するクラッチを遮断状態で一時的に接続状態とする時間を短時間とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のツインクラッチ式歯車変速機における変速制御方法。
- 前記偶数変速段間もしくは前記奇数変速段間でのシフトダウン時には、前記偶数変速段用歯車変速機構(17)および前記奇数変速段用歯車変速機構(16)の一方が歯車列の確立切換途中でニュートラル状態となったときに、前記両クラッチ(34,35)をともに短時間だけ接続状態とした後に、両クラッチ(34,35)の一方を遮断して下位変速段の歯車列を確立することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のツインクラッチ式歯車変速機における変速制御方法。
- 前記偶数変速段間もしくは前記奇数変速段間でのシフトアップ時には、前記偶数変速段用歯車変速機構(17)および前記奇数変速段用歯車変速機構(16)の一方が歯車列の確立切換途中でニュートラル状態となったときに、前記両クラッチ(34,35)をともに短時間だけ接続状態とした後に、両クラッチ(34,35)の一方を遮断して上位変速段の歯車列を確立することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のツインクラッチ式歯車変速機における変速制御方法。
