Abstract
【解決手段】自動停止条件成立後の自動停止動作期間中において所定の第1のエンジン回転速度N1時には燃料噴射を停止する。この第1のエンジン回転速度N1時に吸気流通量を制限するとともに、停止時に圧縮行程となる停止時圧縮行程気筒が最後の吸気行程に移行することが予測される所定の第2のエンジン回転速度N2時には、停止時圧縮行程気筒のピストン16が、停止時に膨張行程となる停止時膨張行程気筒のピストン16よりも所定の下死点側停止位置で停止するように、吸気流通量を増加する。

Claims (4)
- 所定の自動停止条件が成立したときにディーゼルエンジンを自動停止させるとともに、所定の再始動条件が成立した際に自動停止後の前記ディーゼルエンジンを自動的に再始動するディーゼルエンジンの制御装置において、
前記ディーゼルエンジンを搭載した車両の運転状態を判定する運転状態判定部と、
前記運転状態判定部の判定に基づいて前記ディーゼルエンジンの燃料噴射を制御する燃料噴射制御部と、
前記運転状態判定部の判定に基づいて筒内へ流入する吸気流量を調整する吸気流量制御部と、
前記運転状態判定部の判定に基づいて前記再始動条件の成立時に前記ディーゼルエンジンのスタータモータを駆動制御するスタータ制御部と
を備え、
前記燃料噴射制御部は、自動停止条件成立後の自動停止動作期間中において所定の第1のエンジン回転速度時に燃料噴射を停止するものであり、
前記吸気流量制御部は、前記第1のエンジン回転速度時に吸気流通量を制限するとともに、停止時に圧縮行程となる停止時圧縮行程気筒が最後の吸気行程に移行することが予測される所定の第2のエンジン回転速度時に、前記停止時圧縮行程気筒のピストンが停止時に膨張行程となる停止時膨張行程気筒のピストンよりも所定の下死点側停止位置で停止するように、前記吸気流量制御部が吸気流通量を増加するものである
ことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のディーゼルエンジンの制御装置において、
前記下死点側停止位置は、上死点前120°から上死点前100°である
ことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のディーゼルエンジンの制御装置において、
前記運転状態判定部は、停止時圧縮行程気筒のピストンが所定の適正停止位置に停止しているか否かを判定するものであり、
前記燃料噴射制御部は、前記再始動条件の成立時において、停止時圧縮行程気筒のピストンが前記適正停止位置にあるときには、停止時圧縮行程気筒に最初の燃料を噴射し、前記適正位置から上死点側に外れているときには、停止時に吸気行程にある停止時吸気行程気筒に最初の燃料を噴射するものである
ことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項3記載のディーゼルエンジンの制御装置において、
前記ディーゼルエンジンの筒内昇温手段を制御する昇温制御部を備え、
前記昇温制御部は、停止時圧縮行程気筒のピストンが前記適正停止位置から上死点側に外れている場合には、前記筒内昇温手段を作動させるものであり、
前記運転状態判定部は、停止時圧縮行程気筒の筒内温度に応じて前記適正停止位置を上死点側に補正するものである
ことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの制御装置。
