Abstract
【解決手段】(Nbx M1-x )y (Ba Cb N1-a-b )1-y からなる硬質皮膜であって下記式(1) 〜(5) を満たすことを特徴とする硬質皮膜等〔但し、上記Mは4a、5a、6a族の元素、Si、Alの1種以上であり、下記式において、xはNbの原子比、1−xはMの原子比、aはBの原子比、bはCの原子比、1−a−bはNの原子比を示し、yは(Nbx M1-x )の比、1−yは(Ba Cb N1-a-b )の比を示すものである。〕 0.2≦x≦1.0--式(1) 、0≦a≦0.3--式(2) 、0≦1−a−b≦0.5--式(3) 、 0.5≦b≦1--式(4) 、0.4≦1−y≦0.9--式(5) 。

但し、上記式において、aはBの原子比、bはCの原子比、1−a−bはNの原子比を示し、yはNbの比、1−yは(Ba Cb N1-a-b )の比を示すものである。

但し、上記式において、aはBの原子比、bはCの原子比、1−a−bはNの原子比を示し、yはNbの比、1−yは(Ba Cb N1-a-b )の比を示すものである。
Nb及び金属元素Mあるいは更にBを含有するアーク蒸発源を有する成膜装置にて表1に示す組成の皮膜を基材上に形成した。ただし、高温下での摺動試験用の皮膜形成の場合には、密着性を向上させるために基材上にCrNを約3μm 形成した後、表1に示す組成の皮膜を形成した。
・装置:ベーンオンディスク型摺動試験装置
・ベーン:SKD 61鋼(HRC 50) 3.5×5mm, 長さ20mm, 先端半径10R
・ディスク:SKD 11鋼(HRC 60)に皮膜形成したもの
・摺動速度:0.2m/秒
・荷重:500N
・摺動距離:500m
・試験温度:25℃(加熱無し),400℃
Nb及び金属元素Mあるいは更にBを含有するアーク蒸発源を有する成膜装置にて表2に示す組成の皮膜を基材上に形成した。ただし、摺動試験用の皮膜形成の場合には、密着性を向上させるために基材上にCrNを約3μm 形成した後、表2に示す組成の皮膜を形成した。
Nbを含有するアーク蒸発源を有する成膜装置にて表3に示す多層構造または傾斜構造の皮膜を基材上に形成した。ただし、摺動試験用の皮膜形成の場合には、基材上にCrNを約3μm 形成した後、上記表3に示す皮膜を形成した。
Nbを含有するアーク蒸発源を有する成膜装置にてNby C1-y の組成の皮膜を基材上に形成した。ただし、摺動試験用の皮膜形成の場合には、密着性を向上させるために基材上にCrNを約3μm 形成した後、上記組成の皮膜を形成した。
Claims (9)
- (Nbx M1-x )y (Ba Cb N1-a-b )1-y からなる硬質皮膜であって下記式(1) 〜(5) を満たすことを特徴とする硬質皮膜。
0.2≦x≦1.0 ------------------- 式(1)
0≦a≦0.3 ----------------------- 式(2)
0≦1−a−b≦0.5 --------------- 式(3)
0.5≦b≦1 ----------------------- 式(4)
0.4≦1−y≦0.9 --------------- 式(5)
但し、上記(Nbx M1-x )y (Ba Cb N1-a-b )1-y において、Mは4a、5a、6a族の元素、Si、Alの1種以上である。上記式(1) 〜(5) において、xはNbの原子比、1−xはMの原子比、aはBの原子比、bはCの原子比、1−a−bはNの原子比を示し、yは(Nbx M1-x )の比、1−yは(Ba Cb N1-a-b )の比を示すものである。 - 前記xが1である請求項1記載の硬質皮膜。
- 膜厚方向にyが異なる請求項1または2記載の硬質皮膜。
- 請求項1または2記載の硬質皮膜を2層以上積層した多層構造の硬質皮膜であって、隣接する硬質皮膜同士でyが異なることを特徴とする硬質皮膜。
- 基材の表面に請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の硬質皮膜が形成されていることを特徴とする硬質皮膜被覆材。
- 鉄基合金よりなる基材の表面に4a、5a、6a族の元素、Si、Alの1種以上の窒化物よりなる皮膜層が形成され、その上に請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の硬質皮膜が形成されていることを特徴とする硬質皮膜被覆材。
- 請求項5または6記載の硬質皮膜被覆材を用いた冷間塑性加工用金型。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の硬質皮膜をカソード放電型アークイオンプレーティング装置を用いて炭化水素ガスを含有する雰囲気ガス中にて形成する硬質皮膜の形成方法であって、前記雰囲気ガス中の炭化水素ガス分圧を0.8Pa超4Pa以下とすることを特徴とする硬質皮膜の形成方法。
- 前記炭化水素ガスがメタンガス、アセチレンガス、トルエンガスの1種以上である請求項8記載の硬質皮膜の形成方法。
