Description
リンカー基L1、L2、L3及びL4は各々独立にC1〜60ヒドロカルビル基、好適にはC1〜30ヒドロカルビル基であって、適宜、酸素又は窒素のようなヘテロ原子を1〜30個、好適には1〜10個含んでいてもよい。好適なリンカー基としては、アルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、芳香環、多核芳香環及びヘテロ芳香環が挙げられ、これらはいずれも例えば1以上のエーテル、チオエーテル、スルホンアミド又はアミド官能基で置換されてもよく、さらに、エチレングリコールのモノマー及びポリマー、アミノ酸又は炭水化物サブユニットが挙げられる。
Claims (12)
- Cu(I)触媒の存在下で、式(I)の化合物と式(II)の化合物又は式(III)の化合物と式(IV)の化合物とを反応させてそれぞれ式(V)又は(VI)のコンジュゲートを得ることを含んでなる、ベクターの標識方法。
ベクターは、ペプチド、タンパク質、ホルモン、細胞、細菌又はウィルスであり、
R*は放射性核種及びキレート剤に導入された放射性核種からなる群から選択されるリポーター部分であって、上記キレート剤は次の式Xのものである。
R A 基は各々独立にH又はC 1 〜 10 アルキル、C 3 〜 10 アルキルアリール、C 2 〜 10 アルコキシアルキル、C 1 〜 10 ヒドロキシアルキル、C 1 〜 10 アルキルアミン、C 1 〜 10 フルオロアルキルであるか、或いは2以上のR A 基がそれらに結合した原子と共に炭素環、複素環、飽和又は不飽和環を形成するものである。
- R*が陽電子放出核種を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ベクターが、Arg−Gly−Aspペプチドである、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ベクターが次式のフラグメントを含むペプチドである、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ベクターが次の式(A)のペプチドである、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 元素態銅をCu(I)触媒の供給源として用いる、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記元素態銅が0.001〜1mmの粒径を有する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記陽電子放出核種が 11 C又は 18 Fである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ベクターがペプチドである、請求項1記載の方法。
- aが1である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記元素態銅が0.1mm〜0.7mmの粒径を有する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記元素態銅が0.4mmの粒径を有する、請求項11記載の方法。
