Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 電子発光ディスプレイドライバのための定電流源であって、
前記定電流源が、
第1の、基準電流を受け取るための基準電流入力端子と、
第2の、比例的に増減された電流を受け取るための比例的増減電流入力端子と、
第1の制御信号入力を受け取るための第1の比率制御入力端子と、
前記第1の比率制御入力端子と接続された制御入力端子、前記基準電流入力端子と接続された電流入力端子、及び前記比例的増減電流入力端子と接続された出力端子を有する制御可能なカレントミラー回路とを備え、
前記定電流源は、前記制御入力端子上の信号が、前記基準電流に対する前記比例的増減電流の比率を制御するように構成される
ことを特徴とする定電流源。 - 第2の制御信号入力を受け取るための第2の比率制御入力端子を更に備え、
前記基準電流に対する前記比例的増減電流の前記比率が、前記第2の制御信号に対する前記第1の制御信号の比率によって決まる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定電流源。 - 前記第1の制御信号、及び前記第2の制御信号が、電流信号を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれか一項に記載の定電流源。 - 前記制御信号を供給するための1つ以上のデジタル/アナログ変換器を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の定電流源。 - 1つ1つが前記第2の比率制御入力端子のそれぞれに対応する複数の前記電流比率を設定するための、複数の前記比例的増減電流入力端子及び対応する複数の前記第2の比率制御入力端子を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の定電流源。 - 複数の駆動接続部と、
前記駆動接続部の内の1つを前記基準電流入力端子として選択し、別の1つを前記比例的増減電流入力端子として選択するための選択器とを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の定電流源。 - 前記選択器が、前記駆動接続部の内の選択された1つを前記基準電流入力端子に選択的に接続し、前記駆動接続部の内の選択された別の1つを前記比例的増減電流入力端子に選択的に接続するように、前記駆動接続部に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の定電流源。 - 前記カレントミラー回路は、1つ1つが前記複数の駆動接続部のそれぞれに対応する複数のミラーユニットを含み、
前記選択器が、少なくとも前記第1の比率制御入力端子を前記ミラーユニットに選択的に接続するように構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の定電流源。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の定電流源を含むことを特徴とするOLEDディスプレイドライバ。
- 電子発光ディスプレイの複数の電極を駆動するための電流ドライバ回路であって、
前記電流ドライバ回路が、
制御信号を受け取るための制御入力端子と、
前記複数のディスプレイ電極に対応する複数の駆動接続部と、
前記複数の駆動接続部の内の1つを第1の接続部として選択し、その他の前記駆動接続部の内の少なくとも1つを第2の接続部として選択するように構成される選択器と、
前記第1の接続部及び前記第2の接続部にそれぞれ第1の駆動信号及び第2の駆動信号を提供するように構成される駆動部とを備え、
前記第1の駆動信号と前記第2の駆動信号との比率は、前記制御信号に従って制御される
ことを特徴とする電流ドライバ回路。
