Abstract
Description
−等速回転ジョイントとシ―ル部材と軸方向組付け手段とが、1つのユニットを形成している;
−当該結合装置が、破壊なしに着脱可能にかつ繰返し閉鎖可能に、もしくは場合によっては位置固定リングの破壊および交換下に着脱可能でかつ新たに閉鎖可能である;
−シール部材と軸方向保持手段とを備えた等速回転ジョイントが、付加的な運搬シール部材なしに、グリース充填されたシールされたユニットとして形成され得る;
−前記ユニットが、極めて簡単にシャフトジャーナルに組み付けられ得る;
−簡単な変化形を用いて、隣接した構造周辺部の防食、特にシャフトジャーナル軸受け装置の軸受け緊締のための緊締ナットのねじ山の防食が可能になる;
−本発明による結合装置が、使用されるジョイントタイプとは十分に無関係となる。

Claims (12)
- 軸方向で位置固定されているシャフトジャーナル(11)と、等速回転ジョイント(12)との間の結合装置であって、等速回転ジョイント(12)のジョイント内側部分(24)内にシャフトジャーナル(11)が相対回動不能に係合している形式のものにおいて、ねじ込みスリーブ(41)が設けられており、該ねじ込みスリーブ(41)が、軸方向で位置固定されていて、ジョイント内側部分(24)に対して相対的に自由に回転可能に保持されており、さらにねじ込みスリーブ(41)がねじ山(42)を有しており、該ねじ山(42)が、シャフトジャーナル(11)に設けられた対応ねじ山(36)と螺合可能であることを特徴とする、シャフトジャーナルと、等速回転ジョイントとの間の結合装置。
- ねじ込みスリーブ(41)がジョイント内側部分(24)に結合されていて、特にジョイント内側部分(24)に設けられた旋削加工部(44)内に係合している、請求項1記載の結合装置。
- ねじ込みスリーブ(41´)が、中間スリーブ(39)に結合されており、該中間スリーブ(39)がジョイント内側部分(24)に溶接されており、ねじ込みスリーブ(41´)が、特に前記中間スリーブ(39)に旋削加工部(44´)によって被さって係合している、請求項1記載の結合装置。
- ねじ込みスリーブに設けられた前記ねじ山(42)が雌ねじ山であり、シャフトジャーナル(11)に設けられた前記対応ねじ山(36)が雄ねじ山である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の結合装置。
- シャフトジャーナル(11)に設けられた雄ねじ山(36)がナット(17)を支持しており、該ナット(17)に対してねじ込みスリーブ(41)が当接されて、回動防止されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の結合装置。
- 軸方向で位置固定されているシャフトジャーナル(11)と、等速回転ジョイント(12)との間の結合装置であって、等速回転ジョイント(12)のジョイント内側部分(24)内にシャフトジャーナル(11)が相対回動不能に係合している形式のものにおいて、ねじ込みスリーブ(51)が設けられており、該ねじ込みスリーブ(51)が、軸方向で位置固定されていて、シャフトジャーナル(11)に対して相対的に自由に回転可能に保持されており、さらにねじ込みスリーブ(51)がねじ山(52)を有しており、該ねじ山(52)が、対応ねじ山(62)を介して少なくとも間接的にジョイント内側部分(24)と螺合可能であることを特徴とする、シャフトジャーナルと、等速回転ジョイントとの間の結合装置。
- ねじ込みスリーブ(51)がナット(17)に結合されており、該ナット(17)が、シャフトジャーナル(11)に設けられた雄ねじ山(36)に螺合されており、ねじ込みスリーブ(51)が、特にナット(17)に設けられた旋削加工部(54)内に係合している、請求項6記載の結合装置。
- ねじ込みスリーブに設けられた前記ねじ山(52)が雄ねじ山であり、ジョイント内側部分(24)側に設けられた対応ねじ山(62)が雌ねじ山であり、該雌ねじ山が、ジョイント内側部分(24)に溶接されている付設スリーブ(61)に形成されている、請求項6または7記載の結合装置。
- ねじ込みスリーブ(51)がジョイント内側部分(24)または付設スリーブ(61)と当接されて、回動防止されている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の結合装置。
- 等速回転ジョイント(12)のジョイント外側部分(22)に少なくとも間接的にシール部材(33)の外周部が相対回動不能に密に結合されており、該シール部材(33)の内周部が、ねじ込みスリーブ(41)に密に載着されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の結合装置。
- 等速回転ジョイント(12)のジョイント外側部分(22)に少なくとも間接的にシール部材(33)の外周部が相対回動不能に密に結合されており、該シール部材(33)の内周部が、中間スリーブ(39)または付設スリーブ(61)に密に載着されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の結合装置。
- ジョイント内側部分(24)、付設スリーブ(61)またはナット(17)に対してねじ込みスリーブ(41,51)を自由に回転可能に軸方向で位置固定するために、対応する環状溝(46,47;56,57)内に係合する位置固定リング(45,55)が働く、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の結合装置。
