Abstract
Description
DE3238790C1から、車両用変速機のための油潤滑システムが知られている。そこでは、遠心力ポンプが利用されている。それは、油を、開口部を通して、半径方向外側に、半径方向に向けられた偏向路(Umlenkkanaele)内に案内する。続いて、油は、リング溝を介して、中空の変速機シャフトの内部に到達する。このシステムは、効果的な潤滑油供給を保証するが、必要な遠心力ポンプが常には構造空間を自由に使えないという欠点、また、高いシールコスト(Abdichtungsaufwand)が必要となるという欠点、を有する。
Claims (3)
- シャフト上に配置された歯車と、内部において当該歯車およびシャフトが回転可能に軸受けされたベアリング構造と、切換レバーの操作により切換ロッド及び切換フォークを介して所望の切換位置に移動される同期装置(10)と、を備えた車両用変速機(2)のための油供給装置であって、
あるシャフト(4)が、油の供給のために、軸方向に延びる中央孔(6)と少なくとも一つの横断方向孔(8)とを有しており、
同期装置(10)の同期体(12)が、孔(14)を有しており、
同期装置(10)とベアリング(28)との間に保持パネル(16)が配置されており、
当該保持パネル(16)は、鎌型のキャビティ(18)を有している
ことを特徴とする油供給装置。 - 同期体(12)は、軸方向に見てベアリング(20)とは反対の側において、あるパネルで閉ざされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油供給装置。 - 前記シャフト(4)は、歯車(26)の軸受面(24)の領域において、少なくとも一つの横断方向孔(22)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油供給装置。
