Description
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの転がり軸受(2a)と、前記転がり軸受(2a)を保持する軸受ブッシュ(2.1)を介してギアハウジング(1)内に配置された少なくとも一つの伝動軸(3)とを有し、前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が回転軸(4)に関し軸方向に軸方向支持面(2.3)を介して前記ギアハウジング(1)に取り付けられている、歯車駆動装置用の軸受ユニット(2)であって、
前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が前記伝動軸(3)の全ての前記転がり軸受(2a、2b)用の複数の支持面(2.1a、2.1b)を有することを特徴とする軸受ユニット。 - 前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が回転軸(4)に関し少なくとも軸方向に、少なくとも一つの軸受部品(2.2)を介して間接的に前記ギアハウジング(1)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が運転により生じる温度上昇の間、前記支持面(2.1a、2.1b)が前記ギアハウジング(1)に対して軸方向に、前記ギアハウジング(1)内へと変位するよう前記ギアハウジング(1)内に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の装置。
- 前記ギアハウジング(1)内の回転軸(4)上の仮想の固定点(15)に関して、前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)と前記固定点(15)の間の距離(16)が、少なくとも前記ギアハウジング(1)、前記軸受部品(2.2)、及び前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)の材料の実際の選定により特定の運転温度の関数として定義できることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記伝動軸(3)が前記軸受ユニット(2)内にオーバーハングして取り付けられ、全ての転がり軸受(2a、2b)が前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)の軸方向支持面(2.3)に対して軸方向で片側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)がおねじ(5)を有し、前記軸受部品(2.2)又はギアハウジング(1)における対応するめねじ(6)を通じて、油密にねじ込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が半径方向に向いた外側のはめ合い面(7)を有し、同はめ合い面(7)がその外周にわたり分配されて、少なくとも一部の領域内で前記はめ合い面(7)の軸方向の全長(7.2)にわたって延びる窪み(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)がその外周にわたり分配されて、半径方向に走っている少なくとも一対の油穴(9a、9b)又は油の流路を有し、同油穴(9a、9b)がそれぞれ、ピニオンフランジ軸受と呼ばれる転がり軸受(2b)に割り当てられた支持面(2.1b)の上流又は下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が前記油穴(9a、9b)の領域内に少なくとも一つの窪み(10)を有し、同窪み(10)が前記ギアハウジング(1)又は前記軸受部品(2.2)と前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)の間に、少なくとも一つの油穴(9a、9b)に浸透流として接続されている、油受け用の或る容積を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が軸方向支持部として設計される、前記転がり軸受(2b)用の支持段部(2.4)を有し、同支持段部(2.4)がその内周にわたり分配されて、軸方向に走っている少なくとも一つの打ち抜き部(2.5)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ギアハウジング(1)及び軸受ブッシュ(2.1)が軽金属合金で形成され、前記軸受部品(2.2)が鉄材で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
