Claims (5)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(3)のシャフト(2)の転がり軸受装置(1)であって、
−2つの間隔を空けた転がり軸受(4、5)であって、
・前記転がり軸受の内側リング(6、7)が前記シャフト(2)に配置されかつ前記内側リング(6、7)の間にスペーサ(8)が配置され、
・前記転がり軸受の外側リング(9、10)が、軸受ハウジング(11)に締結される軸受ブッシュ(12)に着座する、2つの間隔を空けた転がり軸受(4、5)を有し、
−前記軸受ハウジング(11)に配置されたオイル供給装置(13)であって、前記軸受ブッシュ(12)に配置されかつ環状チャンバ(15)内に開口するオイル供給ダクト(14A、14B)に流動接続されるオイル供給装置(13)を有し、
−逆止弁(16)が前記オイル供給ダクト(14A、14B)に配置され、
前記環状チャンバ(15)は、軸方向の遊びを補償するためのオイル圧力を調整し、当該環状チャンバ(15)が、前記2つの転がり軸受(4、5)の一方(4)の前記外側リング(9)に隣接して直接配置される、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(3)のシャフト(2)の転がり軸受装置(1)。 - 前記軸受ブッシュ(12)が2つのブッシュ部分(12A、12B)に分割され、第1のブッシュ部分(12A)が前記軸受ハウジング(11)に固定され、第2のブッシュ部分(12B)が、前記第1のブッシュ部分(12A)に対して前記シャフト(2)の軸方向(A)に変位可能であるように案内され、また前記環状チャンバ(15)が、前記第1及び前記第2のブッシュ部分(12A、12B)の間に配置される、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受装置。
- シール(21)が前記ブッシュ部分(12A、12B)の間に配置される、請求項2に記載の転がり軸受装置。
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(3)であって、
−軸受ハウジング(11)を有し、
−2つの間隔を空けた転がり軸受(4、5)を有する転がり軸受装置(1)であって、前記転がり軸受(4、5)の内側リング(6、7)がシャフト(2)に配置され、前記内側リング(6、7)の間にスペーサ(8)が配置される転がり軸受装置(1)を有し、前記転がり軸受(4、5)の前記外側リング(9、10)が、前記軸受ハウジング(11)に締結される軸受ブッシュ(12)に着座し、
−オイル供給装置(13)が前記軸受ハウジング(11)に配置され、前記オイル供給装置が、前記軸受ブッシュ(12)に配置されかつ環状チャンバ(15)内に開口するオイル供給ダクト(14A、14B)に流動接続され、
−逆止弁(16)が前記オイル供給ダクト(14A、14B)に配置され、
前記環状チャンバ(15)は、軸方向の遊びを補償するためのオイル圧力を調整し、当該環状チャンバ(15)が、前記2つの転がり軸受(4、5)の一方(4)の前記外側リング(9)に隣接して直接配置される、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(3)。 - 前記転がり軸受装置が、請求項2または3に記載の転がり軸受装置であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(3)。
