Description

排气涡轮增压器的轴的滚动轴承安排
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的一种排气涡轮增压器的轴的滚动轴承安排以及根据权利要求5的前序部分的一种排气涡轮增压器。
对于安装非常快速旋转的、特别是排气涡轮增压器的带有多个滚动轴承的主轴轴承安排而言,已经证明将所述滚动轴承设计成预加载的角接触球轴承是有利的。该预负荷可以通过在生产过程中部件之间的一个配对而被固定地设定。可替代地,该预负荷可以通过至少一个弹簧加载的、可移位的外圈来产生,该预负荷补偿长度上的热致变化,举例如DE102007013727A1中描述的。
在内燃发动机动态运行期间发生的轴向力在方向和大小上显著变化。在此,弹簧力可以被克服使得产生轴向游隙,该轴向游隙导致噪声以及无负荷点处的磨损。
为了克服所述缺点,描述了一种属类轴承安排的DE3801590C2描述了一种液压预负荷,该液压预负荷是通过一个轴向对称的注油环形室来实现的。
本发明的一个目的是提供权利要求1的前序部分所指明类型的一种滚动轴承安排,这种滚动轴承安排使之有可能补偿热致的或负荷导致的轴向游隙。
所述目的是通过权利要求1的这些特征来实现的。
根据本发明通过提供一个封闭该环形室的止回阀,有可能使根据本发明的滚动轴承安排的这些部件被设计成使得准静态的预负荷力最小化并且因此使轴承摩擦损耗最小化。
由于不能迫使油离开该环形室,所以动态发生的力波动由该油承受。
此外导致的优点是在根据本发明的滚动轴承安排中可以不再产生热致的或负荷导致的轴向游隙,并且不会产生噪声以及该滚动轴承安排的无负荷侧上的磨损。

滚动轴承安排1具有两个间隔开的滚动轴承4和5,这些滚动轴承优选地是角接触球轴承的形式。
滚动轴承4的内圈6和滚动轴承5的内圈7被安排在轴2上,其中同样被安排在该轴2上的一个隔离件8用于使这两个内圈6和7彼此保持一个距离。

油管线13B被流动性地连接到一个供油管道上,该供油管道同样被安排在轴承衬套12中。在展示的实例中,该供油管道具有一个第一管道部分14A和一个管道部分14B,该第一管道部分至少基本上垂直于轴2的轴线A延伸,管道部分14B邻接该第一管道部分并且至少基本上平行于轴线A延伸。可替代地,还有可能使该供油管道只具有一个管道部分。
这些供油管道14A、14B将供油装置13通过其管道部分13B连接到一个环形室15,该环形室在根据图2展示的实施例中被安排成直接邻接该滚动轴承4的外圈9。
如在图2中还看到的,一个止回阀16被安排在该供油管道中、在展示的实施例中是在管道部分14A中,该止回阀允许油供应到环形室15中但却封闭该环形室使得该油不能从环形室15回流到供油装置13中。这样比起引言中描述的现有技术来根据本发明的滚动轴承安排产生了引言中描述的优点。
根据图3的第二实施例具有一个轴承衬套12,该轴承衬套与根据图2的实施例相比被分成两个衬套零件12A和12B。在展示的实施例中,衬套零件12A被固定在轴承壳体11中而第二衬套零件12B则被引导以便相对第一衬套零件12A在轴2的轴向方向A上是可移位的。一个密封件17被提供在这两个衬套零件12A和12B之间以用于密封目的。
如图3中示出的,在这个实施例中,环形室15位于这些衬套零件12A和12B之间,这样使得环形室15中建立的油压间接地作用在滚动轴承4的第一圈9上,这是因为环形室15中建立的油压导致可移位的第二衬套零件12B被移位朝向滚动轴承4,这样使得通过这个实施例还使引言中说明的轴向游隙补偿以及相关联的优于现有技术的优点是可能的。
