Abstract

Claims (10)
- 履物用品内で圧縮量を測定するための装置において、
少なくとも一部分が前記履物用品の靴底内に配されたセンサ、及び
前記センサと概ね位置合せされ、前記センサから隔てられた磁石、
を備え、
前記磁石の磁場が前記センサにより測定されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記センサが、ホール効果センサ、近接センサ、ホール素子またはセンサ、静電容量センサ、インダクタンスセンサ、超音波変換器及び受信器、無線周波数発信器及び受信器、磁気抵抗効果素子、及び巨大磁気抵抗効果素子からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- プロセッサをさらに備え、前記センサが前記マグネットから発生する磁場を測定し、前記プロセッサが前記磁場の測定値を前記靴底の圧縮量を表す距離測定値に変換することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが前記距離測定値をジャーク値に変換することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記センサに接続された駆動装置、及び
前記駆動装置に結合された可調節素子、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記可調節素子の可動範囲を制限するためのリミッタをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記履物用品の性能特性が前記センサからの信号を受けて修正されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記信号が前記靴底の圧縮量に対応することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 履物用品に快適性を与える方法において、
調節可能な履物用品を提供する工程、及び
ジャーク値を決定する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ジャーク値に基づいて前記調節可能な履物用品の性能特性を修正する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
