Claims (28)
- 使用中に履物用品の性能特性を修正するための方法において、前記方法が、
前記履物用品の靴底内に少なくとも一部が配置されたセンサからのセンサ信号を測定するステップ、
前記履物用品がピーク状態になったか否かを判定するステップ、
前記履物用品がピーク状態になったと判定されたときに、前記履物用品の調整が必要であるか否かを判定するステップ、
調整が必要であると判定されたときに、前記履物用品の性能特性を調整するステップ、及び
前記履物用品がピーク状態になったと判定されたときに、前記ピーク状態を判定するための閾値を調整するステップ、
を含み、
前記ピーク状態が、ジャンプ、着地、全力疾走、ターン、カット、プッシュオフ及び停止からなる群から選ばれる動作の結果としての前記履物用品の状態の変化に基づくことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記履物用品の状態の前記変化が、絶対圧縮、圧縮率、圧縮頻度、圧縮率変化、不等圧縮、速度、加速度、ジャーク及びこれらの組合せの内の少なくとも1つによって表されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

前記履物用品の靴底内に少なくとも一部が配置されたセンサからのセンサ信号を測定する手段、
前記履物用品がピーク状態になったか否かを判定する手段、
前記履物用品がピーク状態になったと判定されたときに、前記履物用品の調整が必要であるか否かを判定する手段、
調整が必要であると判定されたときに、前記履物用品の性能特性を調整する手段、及び
前記履物用品がピーク状態になったと判定されたときに、前記ピーク状態を判定するための閾値を調整する手段、
を含み、
前記ピーク状態が、ジャンプ、着地、全力疾走、ターン、カット、プッシュオフ及び停止からなる群から選ばれる動作の結果としての前記履物用品の状態の変化に基づくことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記履物用品の状態の前記変化が、絶対圧縮、圧縮率、圧縮頻度、圧縮率変化、不等圧縮、速度、加速度、ジャーク及びこれらの組合せの内の少なくとも1つによって表されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記ピーク状態が過ぎた時点を評定し、前記閾値を以前の設定に戻す手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記履物用品が受ける複数のピーク状態を追跡する手段、及び
前記履物用品が受ける前記複数のピーク状態に基づいて、前記履物用品がピーク状態になったか否かを判定するための新しい閾値を決定する手段、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。 - 前記履物用品の状態をモニタする手段、
前記履物用品が非使用状態にあるか否かを判定する手段、及び
前記履物用品が非使用状態にあると判定されたときに、インテリジェントシステムにおいてスリープモードを可能にする手段、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。 - 前記履物用品の状態をモニタする前記手段が、設定された間隔で前記センサ信号をサンプリングする手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記判定する手段が、設定された時間の間前記センサ信号が実質的に一定のままであったか否かを判定する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記インテリジェントシステムにおいてスリープモードを可能にする前記手段が、前記インテリジェントシステムの少なくとも一部への電力を低減する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記履物用品の使用の兆候があると、前記インテリジェントシステムを再起動する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 使用の前記兆候が、振動、力、加速度、速度、静電容量の変化及び靴内の温度の上昇の内の少なくとも1つを受けている前記履物用品に基づくことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- ユーザインターフェースを介して前記性能特性の調整に関するユーザ入力を受け取る手段、及び
前記履物用品内に少なくとも一部が配置された可調整素子を前記ユーザ入力に応答して調整する手段、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。 - 前記ユーザインターフェースが、静電容量型ユーザインターフェース、ボタン、スイッチ、スライダー及びダイアルからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- インジケータにより前記性能特性の設定の表示を提供する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記インジケータが前記履物用品上に配置された少なくとも1つの電場発光素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
