Claims (25)
- 中底と、
前記中底の第1の部分の下にそれを支持して配置された第1の室であって、電気粘性流体を含み、前記電気粘性流体の前記第1の室の出入りに応答して変化する高さを有する第1の室と、
前記中底の第2の部分の下にそれを支持して配置された第2の室であって、前記電気粘性流体を含み、前記電気粘性流体の前記第2の室の出入りに応答して変化する高さを有する第2の室と、
前記第1の室および前記第2の室の内部と流体連結し、前記電気粘性流体を含む搬送チャネルと、
電極であって、前記電極間の電圧に応答して、前記搬送チャネルの前記電気粘性流体の少なくとも一部に電界を生成するように配置された電極と、
プロセッサおよびメモリを含むコントローラであって、前記プロセッサおよびメモリの少なくとも1つが、前記プロセッサによって実行可能な命令を記憶して、前記電極間の前記電圧を、前記搬送チャネルを通る前記電気粘性流体の流れが遮断される1つまたは複数の流れ阻止レベルに維持することを含み、さらに、前記電極間の前記電圧を、前記搬送チャネルを通る前記電気粘性流体の流れを許可する1つまたは複数の流れ許可レベルに維持することを含む動作を行うコントローラと、を備える履物品のソール構造。 - 前記第1の室および前記第2の室のそれぞれが少なくとも1つの柔軟な壁部を備える、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記搬送チャネルが蛇行形状を有する、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記搬送チャネルが、方向が180°変わる複数の部分を含む、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記中底の前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分が前足領域に存在する、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記第1の室および前記第2の室の下にかつアウトソールの上に配置された支持プレートをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記第1の室および前記第2の室の上にかつ前記中底の前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の下に配置された支持プレートをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記第1の室と前記第2の室の間にかつ前記中底の下に配置された枢動要素をさらに備え、前記枢動要素が、前記搬送チャネルを通る電気粘性流体の流れが許可されるときに、前記第1の室および前記第2の室よりも圧縮されづらい、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記電極が前記搬送チャネルの内壁部に配置された、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記電極が前記搬送チャネルの内壁部に印刷された導電性インクを備える、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記第1の室の頂部の少なくとも一部および側壁の一部ならびに前記第2の室の頂部の少なくとも一部および側壁の一部を形成する柔軟なポリマーシートをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 上部ポリマーシート、底部ポリマーシート、および前記上部ポリマーシートと前記底部ポリマーシートの間に位置し接着されたスペーサシートをさらに備え、前記上部ポリマーシート、前記底部ポリマーシート、および前記スペーサシートが、前記第1の室および前記第2の室ならびに前記搬送チャネルを画定し、前記スペーサシートが、前記第1の室、流体チャネル、および前記第2の室の横断面の輪郭に対応する形状を有する切り抜き部を備える、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記動作が、
(i)前記ソール構造を含む履物品が第1の位置にあるときに、前記電極間の前記電圧を1つまたは複数の流れ阻止レベルに維持することと、
(ii)前記履物品が前記第1の位置から第1の距離移動したことに応答して、前記電極間の前記電圧を1つまたは複数の流れ許可レベルに維持することと、
(iii)(ii)の後で、前記電極間の前記電圧を1つまたは複数の流れ阻止レベルに維持することと、
(iv)(iii)の後で、前記履物品が前記第1の位置から第2の距離移動したことに応答して、前記電極間の前記電圧を1つまたは複数の流れ許可レベルに維持することとを含む、請求項1に記載のソール構造。 - ジャイロスコープおよび加速度計をさらに備え、前記ジャイロスコープおよび前記加速度計が前記コントローラに通信可能に結合され、前記動作が、前記履物品が前記第1の位置から前記第1の距離および前記第2の距離移動したことを、前記履物品の着用者のステップ数を判定することによって判定することを含む、請求項13に記載のソール構造。
- 前記ソール構造が、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分を含む前記中底の一部の、前記第1の室および前記第2の室の下に位置するアウトソール部に対する角度を少なくとも5度増加させるように構成された、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
- 前記ソール構造が、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分を含む前記中底の一部の、前記第1の室および前記第2の室の下に位置するアウトソール部に対する角度を少なくとも10度増加させるように構成された、請求項1に記載のソール構造。
