Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、複数の回転要素を有する複数の遊星歯車と、回転要素の回転を選択的に停止させる、又は回転要素間を締結状態にする複数の摩擦要素とを備え、指令変速段に基づいて複数の摩擦要素の締結解放状態を切り換えることで複数の変速段を実現し、入力軸の回転速度を変速して出力軸から出力する自動変速機において、複数の回転要素のうち、入力軸及び出力軸以外である所定の回転要素の回転速度を演算し(S12)、この回転速度が所定回転速度より高いと判定されたとき(S13)、複数の摩擦要素をすべて解放状態にする(S15)。

Description
図1は本実施形態における自動変速機の構成を示すスケルトン図である。本実施形態における自動変速機は、前進7速後退1速の有段式自動変速機であり、エンジンEgの駆動力がトルクコンバータTCを介して入力軸Inputから入力され、4つの遊星ギアと7つの摩擦要素とによって回転速度が変速されて出力軸Outputから出力される。また、トルクコンバータTCのポンプインペラと同軸上にオイルポンプOPが設けられ、エンジンEgの駆動力によって回転駆動され、オイルを加圧する。
NInputは入力軸Inputの回転速度、NPC1は第1キャリアPC1の回転速度、NPC2は第2キャリアPC2の回転速度、λ1は歯数比をそれぞれ示す。歯数比λ1は以下の(2)式に示すように第2リングギアR2の歯数ZR2と第1ピニオンP1の歯数ZP1との比である。

NM3は第3連結メンバM3の回転速度、NPC1は第1キャリアPC1の回転速度、NR1は第1リングギアR1の回転速度、λ2は歯数比をそれぞれ示す。歯数比λ2は以下の(4)式に示すように第1サンギアS1の歯数ZS1と第1リングギアR1の歯数ZR1との比である。

本実施形態では新たに第3タービン回転速度センサ3Aを設けているところが第1実施形態と異なる。本実施形態では図7に示すように、第3タービン回転速度センサ3Aは第3連結メンバM3の近傍に設けられ、第3連結メンバM3の回転速度を直接検出する。

Claims (4)
- 複数の回転要素を有する複数の遊星歯車と、前記回転要素の回転を選択的に停止させる、又は前記回転要素間を締結状態にする複数の摩擦要素とを備え、指令変速段に基づいて前記複数の摩擦要素の締結解放状態を切り換えることで複数の変速段を実現し、入力軸の回転速度を変速して出力軸から出力する自動変速機において、
前記複数の回転要素のうち、前記入力軸及び前記出力軸以外である所定の回転要素の回転速度を検出する回転速度検出手段と、
前記所定の回転要素の回転速度が所定回転速度より高いと判定されたとき、前記複数の摩擦要素をすべて解放状態にする摩擦要素解放手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記所定回転速度は、前記指令変速段と実現される変速段とが一致している正常時において、前記所定の回転要素がとり得る回転速度の最高値より高く設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記複数の回転要素のうち、前記入力軸及び前記出力軸以外であって、前記所定の回転要素以外である2つの回転要素の回転速度をそれぞれ検出する第1の回転センサ及び第2の回転センサと、
前記第1の回転センサ及び前記第2の回転センサの検出値と前記遊星歯車の歯数比とに基づいて、前記入力軸の回転速度を推定する入力軸回転推定手段とをさらに備え、
前記回転速度検出手段は、前記第1の回転センサ及び前記第2の回転センサの検出値と前記遊星歯車の歯数比とに基づいて前記所定の回転要素の回転速度を推定することにより検出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記複数の回転要素のうち、前記所定の回転要素の回転速度を直接検出する第3の回転センサを備え、
前記回転速度検出手段は、前記第3の回転センサによって前記所定の回転要素の回転速度を検出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動変速機。
