Abstract
【解決手段】略矩形の半導体発光素子1と、半導体発光素子1の表面に形成される面状電極2とを備え、面状電極2は、半導体発光素子1の四隅のいずれかに、斜めカット線によって区画された略直角三角形状電極部21を有し、略直角三角形状電極部21に通電接続するためのワイヤボンディング部22が形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 車両用灯具に用いられる発光モジュールであって、
略矩形の半導体発光素子と、前記半導体発光素子の表面に形成される面状電極とを備え、
前記面状電極は、半導体発光素子の四隅のいずれかに、斜めカット線によって区画された略直角三角形状電極部を有し、前記略直角三角形状電極部に通電接続するためのワイヤボンディング部が形成されている発光モジュール。 - 前記面状電極の前記略直角三角形状電極部は、その鋭角の角度が15度から45度である請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記面状電極は、前記略直角三角形状電極部の斜辺上から、前記半導体発光素子上の略矩形内において放射状に伸延する線状電極部を有する請求項1又は2に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記半導体発光素子の表面の、前記略直角三角形状電極部を除く部分に蛍光体層が形成される請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の発光モジュール。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の発光モジュールと、前記発光モジュールからの光を投影拡大するレンズとを備える車両用前照灯。
