【解決手段】圧粉磁心用の鉄基粉末の平均アスペクト比を3〜10とすると共に、目開き250μmの篩を用いて篩い分けしたときの通過分を95質量%以上とする。

Description
神戸製鋼所製のアトマイズ粉末「アトメル300NH」50kgを振動式ボールミルに入れ、粉末に偏平加工を施した。
◎:見掛密度が3.20g/cm3以上
○:見掛密度が3.15g/cm3以上、3.20g/cm3未満
△:見掛密度が2.90g/cm3以上、3.15g/cm3未満
×:見掛密度が2.90g/cm3未満
◎(合格):流動度が19.0秒/50g以下
○(合格):流動度が19.0秒/50gを超え、22.0秒/50g以下
△(不合格):流動度が22.0秒/50gを超え、25.0秒/50g以下
×(不合格):流動度が25.0秒/50gを超える
上記実施例1の表1に示した鉄基粉末(表1のNo.1〜4)の表面に、絶縁処理を施し、これを圧粉成形して圧粉磁心を得た。
リン酸系化成皮膜は、水を1000部、H3PO4を70部、リン酸ナトリウム[Na3PO4]を270部、および硫酸ヒドロキシルアミン[(NH2OH)2H2SO4]を70部混合したものを原液とし、これを20倍に希釈した処理液50部を、上記粉末1000部に添加して、V型混合機を用いて5〜60分混合した後、大気中で200℃、30分間乾燥し、目開き300μmの篩を通した。リン酸系化成皮膜の膜厚は、約50nmであった。
◎:比抵抗が100μΩ・m以上
○:比抵抗が50μΩ・m以上、100μΩ・m未満
△:比抵抗が35μΩ・m以上、50μΩ・m未満
×:比抵抗が35μΩ・m未満
◎:鉄損が40W/kg以下
○:鉄損が40W/kg超、50W/kg未満
△:鉄損が50W/kg以上、60W/kg未満
×:鉄損が60W/kg以上
リン酸系化成皮膜の組成と比抵抗の関係について調べた。上記実施例1の表1に示した鉄基粉末(No.2)の表面に、上記実施例2と同様の手順で絶縁処理を施し、これを圧粉成形して圧粉磁心を得た。なお、リン酸系化成皮膜を形成する際には、下記に示す組成の原液を用い、リン酸系化成皮膜の組成を変化させた。
No.32で用いた原液…水を1000部、H3PO4を193部、MgOを31部、H3BO3を30部
No.33で用いた原液…水を1000部、H3PO4を193部、MgOを31部、H3BO3を30部、H3PW12O40・nH2Oを143部
No.34で用いた原液…水を1000部、H3PO4を193部、MgOを31部、H3BO3を30部、SiO2・12WO3・26H2Oを143部
No.35で用いた原液…水を1000部、Na2HPO4を270部、H3PO4を70部、(NH2OH)2H2SO4を70部
No.36で用いた原液…水を1000部、H3PO4を70部、Na3PO4を270部、(NH2OH)2H2SO4を70部、Co3(PO4)2・8H2Oを100部
Claims (6)
- 圧粉磁心用の鉄基粉末であって、平均アスペクト比が3〜10であり、且つ目開き250μmの篩を用いて篩い分けしたときの通過分が95質量%以上であることを特徴とする圧粉磁心用の鉄基粉末。
- 請求項1に記載の鉄基粉末の表面に、絶縁皮膜が形成されているものである絶縁皮膜付き鉄基粉末。
- 前記絶縁皮膜が、リン酸系化成皮膜である請求項2に記載の鉄基粉末。
- 前記リン酸系化成皮膜に、Na,S,Si,WおよびCoよりなる群から選択される1種以上の元素が含まれているものである請求項3に記載の鉄基粉末。
- 前記リン酸系化成皮膜の表面に、更にシリコーン樹脂皮膜が形成されているものである請求項3または4に記載の鉄基粉末。
- 請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の絶縁皮膜付き鉄基粉末を成形して得られたものであることを特徴とする圧粉磁心。
