Abstract
【解決手段】位置検出センサ10は、磁気センサ32等が設けられたセンサ部14を収容可能なホルダ12を備え、前記ホルダ12の端部に形成された連結部22が、連結ボルト40を介して軸状の取付部材20に連結される。この取付部材20は、シリンダ装置24のセンサ溝48に挿通自在に設けられ、前記取付部材20をセンサ溝48に挿通させた後に、前記連結ボルト40によってホルダ12と前記取付部材20とを締め付けて、該ホルダ12をシリンダ装置24に対して固定する。

前記変位体を検出する検出部が収容され、前記溝部に臨むように前記側面に設けられるホルダと、
前記溝部に挿通され、金属製材料からなる取付部材と、
前記ホルダと取付部材とを連結する連結部材と、
を備え、
前記連結部材によって前記ホルダと取付部材とが互いに接近する方向に引張され、前記ホルダと取付部材との間に前記アクチュエータの一部が保持されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- アクチュエータの側面に設けられた溝部に装着され、該アクチュエータにおける変位体の位置を検出する位置検出センサであって、
前記変位体を検出する検出部が収容され、前記溝部に臨むように前記側面に設けられるホルダと、
前記溝部に挿通され、金属製材料からなる取付部材と、
前記ホルダと取付部材とを連結する連結部材と、
を備え、
前記連結部材によって前記ホルダと取付部材とが互いに接近する方向に引張され、前記ホルダと取付部材との間に前記アクチュエータの一部が保持されることを特徴とする位置検出センサ。 - 請求項1記載の位置検出センサにおいて、
前記ホルダは、前記連結部材を介して前記取付部材に連結される連結部と、該取付部材に係合される係合部とを有し、前記係合部との係合作用下に前記取付部材に対して前記ホルダが位置決めされることを特徴とする位置検出センサ。 - 請求項2記載の位置検出センサにおいて、
前記連結部材は、前記連結部に挿通されると共に、前記取付部材に対して螺合されることを特徴とする位置検出センサ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出センサにおいて、
前記ホルダには、前記アクチュエータ側に向かって突出し、前記溝部に挿入される突部を備えることを特徴とする位置検出センサ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出センサにおいて、
前記取付部材には、前記溝部に対して該取付部材を固定可能な固定部材を備えることを特徴とする位置検出センサ。
