Claims (55)
- 誘導伝達電力及び誘導伝達通信の少なくとも1つを受け取るように、第1の配向で配置された第1のコイルと、

- 前記第1の角度配向、前記第2の角度配向、及び前記第3の角度配向が、互いから約90度離れていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の二次側部。
- 前記負荷と、前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3コイルの各々との間に直列接続されたコンデンサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3コイルが、前記負荷と、該第1のコイル、該第2のコイル、及び該第3コイルの各々との間に直列接続されたダイオードと半ブリッジ構成で電気的に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3のコイルが、前記負荷と、該第1のコイル、該第2のコイル、及び該第3コイルの各々との間に直列接続された一対のダイオードと全ブリッジ構成で電気的に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3のコイルが、共通のボビンの周りに巻かれることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3のコイルが、ほぼ球形の共通のボビンの周りに巻かれることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のコイルが第1のボビンの周りに巻かれ、前記第2のコイルが第2のボビンの周りに巻かれ、前記第3のボビンが第3のボビンの周りに巻かれることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のボビンが前記第2のボビンの中に嵌め込まれ、前記第2のボビンが前記第3のボビンの中に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のボビンが第1の直径を有し、前記第2のボビンが第2の直径を有し、前記第3のボビンが第3の直径を有しており、前記第1の直径は前記第2の直径より小さく、前記第2の直径は前記第3の直径より小さいものであり、
前記第1のコイルが前記第2のコイルより多い巻き数を有し、前記第2のコイルが前記第3のコイルより多い巻き数を有することを特徴とする請求項27に記載の二次側部。 - 前記第1のコイル及び前記第2のコイルが前記共通の負荷と並列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の二次側部。
- 前記第1のコイル及び前記第2のコイルが前記共通の負荷と直列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の二次側部。
- 負荷と、
前記負荷に電気的に接続され、該負荷に電気的に接続された第1のコイル及び該負荷に電気的に接続された第2のコイルを含む二次側部と、
を備え、
前記第1のコイルは第1の角度配向で配置され、前記第2のコイルは、前記第1の角度配向と異なる第2の角度配向で配置されることを特徴とする誘導的に動力供給される装置。 - 前記第1の角度配向及び前記第2の角度配向が約90度離れていることを特徴とする請求項32に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1の配向及び前記第2の配向と異なる前記第3の角度配向で配置された第3のコイルをさらに含む請求項33に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1の角度配向、前記第2の角度配向、及び前記第3の角度配向が、互いから約90度離れていることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記負荷と、前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3コイルの各々との間に直列接続されたコンデンサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3コイルが、前記負荷と、該第1のコイル、該第2のコイル、及び該第3コイルの各々との間に直列接続されたダイオードと半ブリッジ構成で電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3コイルが、前記負荷と、該第1のコイル、該第2のコイル、及び該第3のコイルとの間に直接接続された一対のダイオードと全ブリッジ構成で電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3のコイルが、共通のボビンの周りに巻かれることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3のコイルが、ほぼ球形の共通のボビンの周りに巻かれることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のコイルが第1のボビンの周りに巻かれ、前記第2のコイルが第2のボビンの周りに巻かれ、前記第3のボビンが第3のボビンの周りに巻かれることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のボビンが前記第2のボビンの中に嵌め込まれ、前記第2のボビンが前記第3のボビンの中に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項41に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のボビンが第1の直径を有し、前記第2のボビンが第2の直径を有し、前記第3のボビンが第3の直径を有し、前記第1の直径は前記第2の直径より小さく、前記第2の直径は前記第3の直径より小さいものであり、
前記第1のコイルは、前記第2のコイルより多い巻き数を含み、前記第2のコイルは前記第3のコイルより多い巻き数を含むことを特徴とする請求項42に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。 - 前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3コイルが、共通の源を共有することを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 前記第1のコイルが前記第2のコイルの中に入れ子状に嵌め込まれ、前記第2のコイルは前記第3のコイルの中に入れ子状に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の誘導的に動力供給される装置。
- 第1のコイル、第2のコイル、及び第3のコイルと、
前記第1のコイル、前記第2のコイル、及び前記第3のコイルを受けるための3つのスプールを定める一体型ボビンと、
を備え、
前記第1のスプールは第1の方向に延びる軸を有し、前記第2のスプールは前記第1の方向にほぼ垂直な第2の方向に延びる軸を有し、前記第3のスプールは、該第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の両方とほぼ垂直な第3の方向を有し、かつ複数の内側ガイド及び複数の外側ガイドを含んでおり、前記内側ガイド及び前記外側ガイドは、前記第3の方向に重ならない配置になっていることを特徴とする誘導コイル組立体。 - 前記第1のスプールは、前記第3の方向にほぼ平行な方向に延びる一対のガイド壁を含み、前記第2のスプールは、該第3の方向にほぼ平行な方向に延びる一対のガイド壁を含むことを特徴とする請求項46に記載の誘導コイル組立体。
- 前記第1のコイルは、前記第2のコイルより多いワイヤの巻き数を有し、前記第2のコイルのワイヤは、前記第3のコイルより多いワイヤの巻き数を有することを特徴とする請求項47に記載の誘導コイル組立体。
- プロセスにより製造される、三軸誘導コイル組立体のためのボビンであって、
第1の成形片を準備し、
第2の成形片を準備し、
前記第1の成形片及び前記第2の成形片を一緒に閉じて、成形された部分を金型から取り出す方向とほぼ垂直に延びる軸を有する第1のスプールと、成形された部分を金型から取り出す方向とほぼ垂直に伸びる軸を有する第2のスプールと、成形された部分を金型から取り出す方向とほぼ垂直に延びる軸を有し、ほぼ第1の面に沿って延びる複数の内側ガイド及びほぼ第2の面に沿って延びる複数の外側ガイドを含む第3のスプールとを定める成形キャビティを協働して定めるステップと、
を含み、
前記第1の面は、成形された部分を金型から取り出す方向に前記第2の面から実質的に間隔をおいて配置され、前記複数の内側ガイドは、成形された部分を金型から取り出す方向に該複数の外側ガイドと重ならない関係にあり、
材料を前記成形キャビティ内に注入し、
前記成形片を前記キャビティから取り出すステップを含むことを特徴とするボビン。 - 誘導コイル組立体のためのボビンであって、
軸と前記スプールの両側に配置され、前記軸とほぼ垂直に延びる一対のガイド壁とを有するスプールと、
前記ガイド壁の第1のものから延び、前記軸と平行に延びる、該ガイド壁の少なくとも1つとの第1の共通面で終端する自由端を有する取り付けアームと、
を備えることを特徴とするボビン。 - 前記取り付けアームが、前記軸とほぼ垂直に延びる第1区分と、前記第1区分からある角度で延びる第2区分とを含むことを特徴とする請求項50に記載のボビン。
- 前記第2区分が前記軸とほぼ垂直に延びることを特徴とする請求項51に記載のボビン。
- 前記第1のガイド壁の一部及び前記取り付けアームの一部が、第2の共通面で終端することを特徴とする請求項52に記載のボビン。
- 前記第2の共通面が前記軸に対して約45度で延びることを特徴とする請求項53に記載のボビン。
- 誘導伝達電力及び誘導伝達通信の少なくとも1つを受け取るように、第1の配向で配置された第1のコイルと、
誘導伝達電力及び誘導伝達通信の少なくとも1つを受け取るように、前記第1の配向と異なる第2の配向で配置された第2のコイルと、
前記第1のコイル及び前記第2のコイルに電気的に接続された、該第1のコイル及び該第2のコイルから電力及び通信の少なくとも1つを受け取る電子装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする誘導コイル組立体。
