背景技术
电气设备需要连接到电能源以能运行。除非电气设备携带内部电源如电池,该设备依赖于重要的基础设施向其提供功率。功率提供基础设施通常包括有线连接到干线电力线的功率出口。连接到电气设备的电力电缆通常经插头插座连接器从干线吸取功率。
近年来,家庭和工作环境中的电气设备出现快速增长。例如,在现代厨房中,需要向多个高功率设备如烤炉、冰箱、洗碗机、洗衣机和干衣机及多个操作面小器具如烤面包器、水壶、搅拌器等供电,前述小器具日益被认为是必需品而非奢侈品。高功率装置通常固定并硬连线到高电流干线出口,而小器具通常可移动,贮藏在碗橱中及在需要时拿到操作面上。
向这些装置提供功率需要的基础设施尚未能跟上日益增长的功率需要。在许多厨房中,这些装置通常需要共享单一功率出口。为将许多电气设备连接到干线,可使用电源板。电源板提供许多插座,所有插座经单一插头插座连接器连接到干线。
尽管方便,但电源板存在很大的危险。单一插头插座连接器通常设计成向单一设备提供功率。通过将多个设备插入单一连接器,连接器可能过载,这可能导致过热甚至起火。这在装置有规律地插入插座及从插座拔出的情形下是一个特别的问题。通过从插头插座连接器拔出而使电负载与电源断开连接可能产生火花,其损坏连接器并可导致它们过度变热。一些小器具如水壶,需要拔出以进行加水,但仍然需要高电流。尤其在厨房环境中,电源插座的数量越多,水溢入其中的机会越大。已提出可降低该危险的感应而不是传导电源连接器。
感应功率耦合使能量无需传导通路即可从电源传到电负载。感应线圈和驱动器有线连接到电源。驱动器跨用作感应耦合的初级线圈的感应线圈施加振荡电势。振荡电势感生振荡磁场,其可在靠近初级线圈置放的次级线圈中感生振荡电流。这样,电能可通过电磁感应从初级线圈传到次级线圈,而两个线圈无需传导连接。当次级线圈与初级线圈感应耦合时,与次级线圈串联连接的电负载可从电源吸取能量。
由于在连接器之间没有传导通路,感应功率连接器不会产生火花。此外,由于感应功率出口的电部件可被密封以防止水透入连接,它们在潮湿环境中更安全。然而,感应功率出口需要另外的基础设施,如驱动器和感应线圈,这些通常在现有干线电力线中不存在。
需要无需另外的基础设施即可与现有干线电力线合为一体的感应功率出口。本发明满足该需要。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供包括到电源和主电负载的连接的电气设备,其中该设备另外包括至少一感应功率出口,该感应功率出口包括:可连接到电源的至少一驱动器,该驱动器提供振荡电压;及连接到驱动器的至少一初级感应线圈,该初级感应线圈用于与有线连接到第二电负载的外部次级感应线圈感应耦合。
通常,电源包括干线电线。作为备选,电源与电气设备一体。例如,电源可包括至少一电化学电池。
优选地,寄生功率出口另外至少包括用于在初级感应线圈和次级感应线圈之间提供磁通引导的第一铁磁铁心。
根据不同的实施例,主负载可选自下组:电加热器、电动机、冷冻装置、压缩机、显示装置、扬声器、电钟、电磁变换器和计算机。
在本发明的特定实施例中,电气设备选自下组:冰箱、冷冻机、洗碗机、烤炉、微波炉、洗衣机、干衣机、影印机、计算机、打印机、扫描仪、电视机、家庭娱乐中心、音频播放器和视频播放器。可选地,寄生功率出口组合到电气设备的实质上平坦的部分内。
可选地,电气设备包括用于机械上附着外部次级感应线圈以与初级感应线圈对准的附属装置。
在某些实施例中,寄生功率出口另外包括使能在功率出口和包括次级线圈的次要装置之间进行数据交换的数据通道。
根据本发明的另外的实施例,电气设备包括寄生功率出口阵列。可选地,驱动器可连接到多个初级感应线圈。
在另外的实施例中,电源包括有线连接到电气设备的另一次级感应线圈,用于与有线连接到第二电源的外部初级感应线圈耦合。
本发明的第二目标是提供用于从有线连接到第一电负载的电源分布功率的方法,该方法包括步骤:
a、将至少一感应功率出口与第一电负载并联接线,该感应功率出口包括:
至少一初级感应线圈;及
用于向初级感应线圈提供振荡电压的至少一驱动器;及
b、使初级感应线圈与有线连接到第二电负载的外部次级感应线圈感应耦合。

具体实施方式
现在参考图1,其示出了根据本发明第一实施例的安装在主电气设备100上的感应功率出口200的主要元件的框图。设备100设计成执行特定功能并包括可连接到电源240的主电负载120。
电源240可连接到主设备100,如经连接到干线(未示出)的传统插头插座连接器。感应功率出口200可组合在家用设备内,如冰箱、冷冻机、洗碗机、齿轮滚刀、烤炉、微波炉、洗衣机、干衣机、电视机、家庭娱乐中心、视频播放器、音频播放器等。在办公室环境中,感应功率出口200可组合在如影印机、计算机、打印机和扫描仪等设备中。
根据设备的功能,设备的主负载120例如可以是电加热器、电动机、冷冻装置、压缩机、显示装置、扬声器、电钟、电磁变换器及计算机处理器。
在其它实施例中,电源240与主设备一体,例如膝上型电脑的内部电池或由内部燃烧引擎驱动的发电机。
本发明实施例的特定特征在于感应功率出口200包括经驱动器230连接到电源240的至少一次初级感应线圈220。驱动器230构造成提供驱动初级线圈220必需的电子器件。驱动电子器件通常包括用于提供高频振荡电压的开关单元。
有线连接到第二电负载340的次级感应线圈320,通常位于外部可移动的次要装置300中,可被使得接近感应功率出口200。初级感应线圈220配置成同与之对准的次级感应线圈320感应耦合。第二电负载340配置成从次级感应线圈320吸取功率。
根据本发明的优选实施例,感应功率出口200包括用于在初级感应线圈220和次级感应线圈320之间提供磁通引导的铁磁铁心。
应意识到,本发明在家庭厨房环境中特别有用。大量节省劳力的电装置普遍使用在现代厨房中,例如混料机、搅拌机、打蛋器、制面包机、榨汁机、橙汁析取器、蔬菜榨汁器、食品处理机、电刀、烘烤器、三明治烘烤器、华夫饼干制取机、电烤肉烤架、慢速蒸煮机、加热盘、热油油炸锅、电煎锅、磨刀器、家用消毒器、壶、翁、收音机、电视机、计算机、卡式磁带播放器、CD播放器、媒体播放器、蒸汽锅、煮蛋器、咖啡机、煮饭器及电开罐器等。然而,厨房对于使用电而言是危险的环境,因为水可容易地进入传统的电插座。与传统插座不同,感应功率出口可被密封以使它们防水,从而防止水与其内的传导元件接触。实际上,适于感应接收功率的电装置可设计成通过装入洗碗机进行清洁。
尽管提供专用感应功率出口用在厨房环境中是有用的,但将功率提供表面组合到已经插入到干线功率出口内的现有电气设备特别有用,因为不需要另外的功率出口。
本发明用在家庭厨房环境中的示例性实施例如图2中所示。感应功率出口阵列1200组合在家庭厨房设备1100如洗碗机的平坦上表面1110内,例如家庭厨房设备本身连接到传统的插头插座干线功率出口1140a。感应功率出口1200用于向操作面厨房设备如壶1301或烘烤器1302提供功率。
第二感应功率出口阵列1202组合到双门冰箱1102的侧面1112内,双门冰箱连接到传统的插头插座干线功率出口1140b。感应功率接收器1320可经磁力或吸力装置附着到双门冰箱1102的侧面1112。有线连接到感应功率接收器1320的电装置如食品处理机1303可从功率出口1222吸取功率。
应意识到,提供组合到大型电气设备1100、1102内的感应功率出口1200、1202不需要特殊的基础设施。功率经传统的插头插座功率出口1140a、1140b从干线吸取。
还应注意,在多线圈功率出口1200中,驱动单元230(图1)还可调节传给初级线圈1220的功率以防止过载。控制器(未示出)可监视传给多线圈功率出口1200的功率并将功率提供给一个以上初级线圈1220,使得系统吸取的总功率保持在可接受的范围内。多个线圈可按需同时、顺序或间歇激活。
本发明的另一实施例如图3中所示,即用在办公室环境中。感应功率出口2200组合在计算机2100内。计算机2100的初级感应线圈2220可用于对有线连接到次级感应线圈2320的外部装置如移动电话2300、PDA、媒体播放器等充电。为方便起见,功率出口2200可提供在从计算机2100延伸的抽屉2120上。作为备选,功率出口2200可组合在DVD/CD驱动器中,其可对计算机2100翻新改进。
应注意,当膝上型电脑2100与干线断开连接时,内部电池2240可用作功率出口2200的电源。已经进行类似计算机2100的使用以对外部装置如媒体播放器、移动电话、鼠标、蓝牙装置等充电,计算机通常使用专用线缆如经USB(通用串行总线)端口。感应功率出口2200的一个优点在于不需要前述专用线缆。
应注意,感应功率出口2200可另外包括用于在计算机2100和外部装置2300之间通信的数据通道。因此,信号传送系统可组合在出口2200内。多种发射器和接收器可与信号传送系统一起使用。例如,发光二极管可用作发射器,其将编码的光信号短距离发送给用作接收器的光电晶体管。在发射器和接收器之间的对准有问题的情形下,优选备选系统如压电元件传输的超声波信号或无线电信号如蓝牙、WiFi等。作为备选,初级线圈和次级线圈本身可用作发射器和接收器。
现在参考图4,示出了本发明的另一实施例,其中主设备为电视机3100。电视机3100经传统的插头插座干线功率出口3140连接到干线。感应功率出口3200组合在电视机3100内以向辅助设备3102如DVD播放器感应提供功率,辅助设备配置成经次级感应线圈3320感应接收功率。可选地,辅助设备3102另外包括第二感应出口3202,用于与一个或多个另外的辅助设备如远程控制单元耦合。显然地,上面描述的实施例可扩展为包括另外的主设备,这些主设备可成菊花链使得可从单一干线出口向所有装置提供功率。
因此,描述了感应功率分布器,其组合在连接到电源的主设备中。感应功率分布器方便、安全并可与现有电力基础设施一体。

Claims (14)
1.包括到电源和主电负载的连接的电气设备,其中所述设备另外包括至少一感应功率出口,所述感应功率出口包括:
a、可连接到所述电源的至少一驱动器,所述驱动器提供振荡电压;及
b、连接到所述驱动器的至少一初级感应线圈,所述初级感应线圈用于与有线连接到第二电负载的外部次级感应线圈感应耦合。
2.根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述电源包括干线电线。
3.根据权利要求1的设备,所述电源与所述电气设备一体。
4.根据权利要求1的设备,所述电源包括至少一电化学电池。
5.根据权利要求1的设备,所述感应功率出口另外至少包括用于在所述初级感应线圈和所述次级感应线圈之间提供磁通引导的第一铁磁铁心。
6.根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述主负载选自下组:电加热器、电动机、冷冻装置、压缩机、显示装置、扬声器、电钟、电磁变换器和计算机。
7.根据权利要求1的设备,所述设备选自下组:冰箱、冷冻机、洗碗机、烤炉、微波炉、洗衣机、干衣机、影印机、计算机、打印机、扫描仪、电视机、家庭娱乐中心、音频播放器和视频播放器。
8.根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述感应功率出口组合到所述设备的平坦部分内。
9.根据权利要求1的设备,还包括用于机械上附着所述外部次级感应线圈以与所述初级感应线圈对准的附属装置。
10.根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述感应功率出口另外包括使能在所述功率出口和包括次级线圈的次要装置之间进行数据交换的数据通道。
11.根据权利要求1的设备,包括所述感应功率出口的阵列。
12.根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述驱动器连接到多个所述初级感应线圈。
13.根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述电源包括有线连接到所述设备的另一次级感应线圈,用于与有线连接到第二电源的外部初级感应线圈耦合。
14.用于从有线连接到第一电负载的电源分布功率的方法,该方法包括步骤:
a、将至少一感应功率出口与第一电负载并联接线,所述感应功率出口包括:
i、至少一初级感应线圈;及
ii、用于向所述初级感应线圈提供振荡电压的至少一驱动器;及
b、使所述初级感应线圈与有线连接到第二电负载的外部次级感应线圈感应耦合。
