Claims (7)
- 防気構造物を用いて枢支的に介在した平面要素を有する変形可能なマンドレルを含む薄板材コルゲーション用の装置であって、
予備的なマンドレル変形手段は、密封ローラと減圧排気システムとを有する取り外し可能な真空チャンバを含み、
最終的なマンドレル変形は、駆動部を有する横断部を含み、これにより平坦かつ平行な移動を行ない、マンドレルを初期の平坦状態になすための機構を含み、マンドレルの両側に互いに配置された2つの平行なスラブと、駆動部トを含み、相互移動を行なうことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記装置は上方および下方のスラブに対応して配置された押出機の2つの段システムの形状である予備的なマンドレル変形のための手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は単独駆動部を有してシーソー移動を行なう押出機を含み、スラブ内の送り穴はマンドレル要素の枢支的連結部で鋸歯とジグザグ状の折曲線との交差地点において両側に変形可能なマンドレルを有し、押出機の連続的な相互作用をもたらすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記押出機の下方の段は突起部ジグザグ線に沿ってマンドレルと接触する一方で、前記押出機の上方の段は凹部のジグザグ線に沿ってマンドレルと接触するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は最終的なマンドレル変形のための手段を含み、この手段は第1の横断部と平行なマンドレルの他方の側の下方スラブ上に配置される第2の横断部と、平坦で平行な移動をもたらす駆動部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記予備的な変形ののちコルゲート製品リリーフ高hは、横断側部から力を加えられることにより成形マンドレルがブランクとさらに相互変形を行なうように最小限になされることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
