Claims (3)
- 可撓性のガスを通さない材料から作製され、加工素材板(5)を中に入れるように構成された第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)、
前記第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)の内部にあり、互いに回転可能に接続された複数の第1金型から構成される第1ダイス成形装置(4)、
第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)の外部にあり、互いに回転可能に接続された複数の第2金型から構成され、前記第2金型が前記第1金型および前記第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)と同一回転軸によって回転可能に接続されている第2ダイス成形装置(9)、
前記第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)内を真空にするように前記第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)と接続された真空生成装置(11)、
可撓性のガスを通さない材料から作製され、前記第2金型(9)システムが中に配置され、内部を真空にする前記真空生成装置(11)が接続されている第2フレキシブルチャンバ(8)、および、
ふた(2)を有する剛体のチャンバ(1)とを備え、
前記剛体のチャンバ(1)は前記真空生成装置(11)と接続され、前記ふた(2)が前記剛体のチャンバ(1)と前記第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)との間に位置し、前記ふた(2)には、前記剛体のチャンバ(1)内へと通ずる孔が設けられ、前記真空生成装置(11)が前記剛体のチャンバ(1)内を真空にすると、前記第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)、前記第1金型システム(4)および前記加工素材板(5)が前記ふた(2)に対し平らな状態となって配置されることを特徴とする板状素材を波形にするための装置。 - 前記第2フレキシブルチャンバ(8)が前記第1フレキシブルチャンバ(3)と共有する壁(7)を有し、前記同一回転軸が前記共有する壁(7)上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2金型が前記同一回転軸以外の位置で互いに回転可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
