前記第1の接着剤層の上にある、第2の剥離ライナー;および
該第2の剥離ライナー層と該第1の接着剤層との間に配置される、第2の剥離コーティング層、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。 - 前記インク層が、前記第1の透明フィルム層と前記第2の透明フィルム層との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。

- 前記多層フィルムが、インク層およびインク受容層を備え、該インク受容層が、前記第1の透明フィルム層の上にあり、かつ該インク層が、該インク受容層の上にある、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、インク層およびインク受容層を備え、該インク受容層が、前記第2の透明フィルム層の上にあり、かつ該インク層が、該インク受容層の上にある、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、前記第1の透明フィルム層の上にある熱活性化接着剤層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、前記第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、熱可塑性樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、1つ以上のアクリル樹脂、ビニル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アルキド樹脂、ブタジエン樹脂、スチレン樹脂、フタル酸樹脂またはフタル酸無水物樹脂、ウレタン樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、1つ以上のビニルポリマーもしくはビニリデンポリマー、または酢酸ビニル、塩化ビニルもしくは塩化ビニリデンの単位を含むコポリマーを含む、、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、塩化ビニルおよび酢酸ビニルのコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、エチレンまたはプロピレン単位およびエーテルの酸素化誘導体またはハロゲン化誘導体、ブタジエン、酸素化ブタジエン、イソプレン、酸素化イソプレン、ブタジエン−スチレン、ブタジエン−ビニルトルエン、またはイソプレン−スチレンを含む、1つ以上のポリマーもしくはコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、アクリル酸のエステル、メタクリル酸のエステル、またはアクリロニトリルの単位を含む、1つ以上のポリマーもしくはコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、マレイン酸またはマレイン酸無水物の、スチレンとの反応生成物を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、メチレンジエチルジイソシアネート、イソシアヌレート、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド、フェノールホルムアルデヒド、フェノール接着剤、動物皮接着剤、フッ素樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、または繊維素樹脂の1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、1つ以上のポリスチレン、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレンビニルアルコール、ポリウレタン、ポリアクリレート、ポリ酢酸ビニル、イオノマー、または2つ以上のこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、水または水−アルコール混合物を含む液体組成物から誘導される、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、有機溶媒を含む液体組成物から誘導される、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記有機溶媒が、トルエン、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、ベンゼン、酢酸エチル、ホワイトスピリット、アルカン、シクロアルカン、またはイソパラフィン溶媒の1つ以上を含む、請求項23に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の透明フィルム層、第2の透明フィルム層、または前記第1および第2の透明フィルム層の両方が、1つ以上の湿潤剤、可塑剤、懸濁補助剤、チキソトロピー剤、撥水性添加剤、防火添加剤、殺生物剤、消泡剤または流動化剤を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記インク層が、水ベースのインク、溶媒ベースのインクまたは放射線硬化インクを含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、基材への付与に適しており、前記第1の接着剤層が、初期タックを提供し、該基材と永続的な結合を形成する前に、位置決め調整を可能にするために、該フィルムのわずかの移動を許容する、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の接着剤層が、感圧接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。

上部表面および下部表面を有する第1の透明フィルム層;
該第1の透明フィルム層の該上部表面の上にあるインク層またはインク受容層;

該第2の透明フィルム層の上にある第1の剥離ライナーであって、該第1の剥離ライナーが、上部表面および下部表面を有する、第1の剥離ライナー;
該第1の剥離ライナーの該下部表面の上にあり、かつ該第1の剥離ライナーと該第2の透明フィルム層との間に配置される第1の剥離コーティング層;
該第1の剥離ライナーの該上部表面の上にある、第3の剥離コーティング層;ならびに
該第1の透明フィルム層の該下部表面の上にある第1の接着剤層、
を備える、多層フィルム。 - 多層フィルムであって、以下:
上部表面および下部表面を有する第1の透明フィルム層;
該第1の透明フィルム層の該上部表面の上にあるインク層またはインク受容層;
該インク層またはインク受容層の上にある第2の透明フィルム層;
該第2の透明フィルム層の上にある第1の剥離ライナー;
該第1の剥離ライナーと該第2の透明フィルム層との間に配置される第1の剥離コーティング層;
該第1の透明フィルム層の該下部表面の上にある第1の接着剤層であって、該第1の接着剤層が、感圧接着剤を含む、第1の接着剤層;
該第1の接着剤層の上にある第2の剥離ライナー;ならびに
該第2の剥離ライナーと該第1の接着剤層との間に配置される第2の剥離コーティング層、
を備える、多層フィルム。 - 多層フィルムであって、以下:
上部表面および下部表面を有する第1の透明フィルム層;
該第1の透明フィルム層の該上部表面の上にあるインク層;
該第1の透明フィルム層と該インク層との間に配置されるインク受容層;
該インク層の上にある第2の透明フィルム層;
該第2の透明フィルム層の上にある第1の剥離ライナー;
該第1の剥離ライナーと該第2の透明フィルム層との間に配置される第1の剥離コーティング層;
該第1の透明フィルム層の該下部表面の上にある第1の接着剤層であって、該第1の接着剤層が、感圧接着剤を含む、第1の接着剤層;
該第1の接着剤層の上にある第2の剥離ライナー;ならびに
該第2の剥離ライナーと該第1の接着剤層との間に配置される第2の剥離コーティング層、
を備える、多層フィルム。 - 多層フィルムであって、以下:
上部表面および下部表面を有する第1の透明フィルム層;
該第1の透明フィルム層の該上部表面の上にあるインク層;
該第1の透明フィルム層と該インク層との間に配置される熱活性化接着剤層;
該インク層の上にある第2の透明フィルム層;
該第2の透明フィルム層と該インク層との間に配置されるインク受容層;
該第2の透明フィルム層の上にある第1の剥離ライナー;
該第1の剥離ライナーと該第2の透明フィルム層との間に配置される第1の剥離コーティング層;
該第1の透明フィルム層の該下部表面の上にある第1の接着剤層であって、該第1の接着剤層が、感圧接着剤を含む、第1の接着剤層;
該第1の接着剤層の上にある第2の剥離ライナー;ならびに
該第2の剥離ライナーと該第1の接着剤層との間に配置される第2の剥離コーティング層、
を備える、多層フィルム。 - 多層フィルムを作製する方法であって、以下:
第1の剥離コーティング層を、第1の剥離ライナーに付与する工程であって、該第1の剥離ライナーが上部表面および下部表面を有し、該第1の剥離コーティング層が、該第1の剥離ライナーの該下部表面に付与される、工程;
第3の剥離コーティング層を、該第1の剥離ライナーの該上部表面の上に付与する工程;
第2の透明フィルム層を、該第1の剥離コーティング層に付与する工程;
インク層またはインク受容層を、該第2の透明フィルム層に付与する工程;
第1の透明フィルム層を、該インク層またはインク受容層に付与する工程;ならびに
第1の接着剤層を、該第1の透明フィルム層に付与する工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 多層フィルムを作製する方法であって、以下:
第1の剥離コーティング層を、第1の剥離ライナーに付与する工程であって、該第1の剥離ライナーが上部表面および下部表面を有し、該第1の剥離コーティング層が、該第1の剥離ライナーの該下部表面に付与される、工程;
第3の剥離コーティング層を、該第1の剥離ライナーの該上部表面の上に付与する工程;
第2の透明フィルム層を該第1の剥離コーティング層の上に押出し成形する工程;
インク層またはインク受容層を、該第2の透明フィルム層に付与する工程;
第1の透明フィルム層を、該インク層またはインク受容層の上に押出し成形する工程;ならびに
第1の接着剤層を、該第1の透明フィルム層の上に押出し成形する工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 多層フィルムを作製する方法であって、以下:
第1の剥離コーティング層を、第1の剥離ライナーに付与する工程であって、該第1の剥離ライナーが上部表面および下部表面を有し、該第1の剥離コーティング層が、該第1の剥離ライナーの該下部表面に付与される、工程;
第3の剥離コーティング層を、該第1の剥離ライナーの該上部表面の上に付与する工程;
第2の透明フィルム層を該第1の剥離コーティング層の上に押出し成形する工程;
インク層またはインク受容層を、該第2の透明フィルム層に付与する工程;ならびに
第1の透明フィルム層および第1の接着剤層を、該インク層またはインク受容層の上に同時押出し成形する工程であって、該第1の透明フィルム層が、該インク層またはインク受容層の上にあり、そして該第1の接着剤層が、該第1の透明フィルム層の上にある、工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 多層フィルムを作製する方法であって、以下:
第1の剥離コーティング層を、第1の剥離ライナーに付与する工程、および第2の透明フィルム層を該第1の剥離コーティング層に付与する工程により、第1の部分フィルム構造を形成する工程であって、該第1の剥離ライナーが上部表面および下部表面を有し、該第1の剥離コーティング層が、該第1の剥離ライナーの該下部表面に付与される、工程;
第2の剥離コーティング層を、第2の剥離ライナーに付与する工程、第1の接着剤層を、第2の剥離コーティング層に付与する工程、第1の透明フィルム層を該第1の接着剤層に付与する工程、およびインク層またはインク受容層を該第1の透明フィルム層に付与する工程により、第2の部分フィルム構造を形成する工程であって、該第2の剥離ライナーが上部表面および下部表面を有し、該第2の剥離コーティング層が、該第2の剥離ライナーの該上部表面に付与される、工程;ならびに
該第1の部分フィルム構造を第2の部分フィルム構造に接着する工程であって、該第2の部分フィルム構造が、該インク層またはインク受容層に接触して、多層フィルムを形成する工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 多層フィルムを基材に付与する方法であって、以下:
請求項1に記載の多層フィルムを、基材の上に配置する工程であって、前記接着剤層が該基材と接触している工程、および該多層フィルムを該基材に接着する工程、を包含する、方法。 - 請求項43に記載の多層フィルムを基材に付与する方法であって、該多層フィルムは、ロールに巻かれて前記第1の接着剤層が前記第3の剥離コーティング層に接触しており、該方法は、以下:
該ロールが解かれ、該第1の接着剤層が該第3の剥離コーティング層から分離する工程;
該多層フィルムを基材の上に配置する工程であって、該第1の接着剤層が該基材と接触している工程、および該多層フィルムを該基材に接着する工程;および
前記第1の剥離ライナーを該多層フィルムから分離する工程であって、前記第1の剥離コーティング層が、前記第1の剥離ライナーとともに、該多層フィルムから分離する、工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 請求項44に記載の多層フィルムを基材に付与する方法であって、該方法は、以下:
前記第2の剥離ライナーを該多層フィルムから分離する工程であって、前記第2の剥離コーティング層が、該第2の剥離ライナーとともに該多層フィルムから分離する、工程;
該多層フィルムを基材の上に配置する工程であって、該第1の接着剤層が該基材と接触している工程、および該多層フィルムを該基材に接着する工程;および
前記第1の剥離ライナーを該多層フィルムから分離する工程であって、前記第1の剥離コーティング層が、前記第1の剥離ライナーとともに、該多層フィルムから分離する、工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 移し絵を形成する工程であって、以下:
請求項4に記載の多層フィルムを、前記第2の剥離コーティング層の前記表面にダイカットし、該移し絵の輪郭を描く工程;および
該移し絵を囲む不要な材料を剥ぎ取る工程、
