Abstract
【解決手段】ECU50は、インバータ10,20からのフェール信号FE1,FE2が非活性化されているとき、すなわち、インバータ10,20がいずれも正常のときは、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2の発電状態に拘わらず、遮断許可信号RG1,RG2を活性化してANDゲート30,40へ出力する。ANDゲート30は、フェール信号FE2と遮断許可信号RG1との論理積を演算して遮断信号DWN1をインバータ10へ出力する。ANDゲート40は、フェール信号FE1と遮断許可信号RG2との論理積を演算して遮断信号DWN2をインバータ20へ出力する。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド自動車の概略ブロック図である。図1を参照して、このハイブリッド自動車100は、車輪FWと、動力分割機構2と、エンジン4と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2とを備える。また、ハイブリッド自動車100は、蓄電装置Bと、コンデンサCと、インバータ10,20と、電源ラインPLと、接地ラインSLと、電圧センサ62と、電流センサ64,66とをさらに備える。さらに、ハイブリッド自動車100は、ANDゲート30,40と、電子制御装置(Electronic Control Unit;以下「ECU」とも称する。)50とをさらに備える。
図5は、この発明の実施の形態2による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド自動車の概略ブロック図である。図5を参照して、このハイブリッド自動車100Aは、図1に示した実施の形態1によるハイブリッド自動車100の構成において、モータジェネレータMG3、インバータ70、ANDゲート86、ORゲート96および電流センサ68をさらに備え、ECU50に代えてECU50Aを備える。また、ハイブリッド自動車100Aは、ANDゲート30に代えてANDゲート82およびORゲート92から成る回路を備え、ANDゲート40に代えてANDゲート84およびORゲート94から成る回路を備える。
Claims (6)
- n(nは2以上の自然数)個の電動機を力行モードまたは回生モードで駆動する電動機駆動装置であって、
直流電圧を平滑化する容量素子と、
前記容量素子の両端に並列に接続され、各々が前記容量素子からの直流電圧に基づいて対応する電動機を駆動し、かつ、所定時にフェール信号を活性化して出力するn個の駆動装置と、
前記n個の駆動装置の各々から前記フェール信号を受け、その受けたn個のフェール信号に基づいて、前記n個の駆動装置の遮断を許可するためのn個の遮断許可信号を生成する制御装置と、
前記n個の駆動装置に対応して設けられ、前記制御装置から受ける対応の遮断許可信号が活性化されているときに、対応する駆動装置以外のn−1個の駆動装置から受けるn−1個の前記フェール信号の少なくとも1つが活性化されると、対応する駆動装置の遮断を指示する遮断信号を前記対応する駆動装置へ出力するn個の遮断回路とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記n個のフェール信号が非活性化されているとき、前記n個の電動機の発電状態に拘わらず、前記n個の遮断許可信号を活性化して前記n個の遮断回路へ出力する、電動機駆動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、対応する遮断回路からの遮断信号に応じて前記駆動装置が遮断された後、所定の条件が成立すると、前記遮断された駆動装置に対応する遮断許可信号を非活性化する、請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記所定の条件は、前記遮断された駆動装置に対応する電動機による退避運転が可能な場合を含む、請求項2に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記所定時は、対応する駆動装置に含まれる半導体素子に過電流が流れたときである、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 内燃機関と、
n(nは2以上の自然数)個の電動機と、
請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置とを備え、
前記n個の電動機は、第1および第2のモータジェネレータを含み、
前記電動機駆動装置に含まれるn個の駆動装置は、前記第1および第2のモータジェネレータをそれぞれ駆動する第1および第2のインバータを含み、
前記電動機駆動装置に含まれるn個の遮断回路は、前記第1および第2のインバータにそれぞれ対応する第1および第2の遮断回路を含み、
前記第1のモータジェネレータは、前記内燃機関の出力を用いて発電し、
前記第2のモータジェネレータは、車両駆動力を発生する、車両。 - 前記電動機駆動装置に含まれる制御装置は、前記第1の遮断回路からの遮断信号に応じて前記第1のインバータが遮断された後、前記第1のモータジェネレータおよび前記内燃機関による退避走行が可能であると判断すると、前記第1のインバータに対応する遮断許可信号を非活性化する、請求項5に記載の車両。
