Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも第1クラッチと第1ブレーキからなる複数の摩擦係合要素の係脱により複数段に変速可能とされるとともに、シフトレバーの作動により駆動レンジと非駆動レンジとに切替可能とされる自動変速機において、非駆動レンジにおいて、第1ブレーキを係合し、中間回転部材をミッションケースに対して固定する。

Claims (5)
- 第1クラッチを介してエンジンによって常時回転される回転部材に連結可能とされるとともに、第1ブレーキを介してミッションケースに対して固定可能とされた中間回転部材とを備え、
少なくとも前記第1クラッチと前記第1ブレーキからなる複数の摩擦係合要素の係脱により複数段に変速可能とされるとともに、シフトレバーの作動により駆動レンジと非駆動レンジとに切替可能とされる自動変速機において、
前記非駆動レンジにおいて、前記第1ブレーキを係合し、前記中間回転部材を前記ミッションケースに対して固定することを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1において、前記非駆動レンジ時における前記第1ブレーキの作動油圧は、前記駆動レンジ時における所定の変速段で係合される前記第1ブレーキの作動油圧より低い油圧とされることを特徴とする自動変速機。
- 請求項2において、前記非駆動レンジ時における前記第1ブレーキの作動油圧は、前記中間回転部材を前記ミッションケースに対して固定できる必要最低油圧とされることを特徴とする自動変速機。
- 請求項1乃至3において、前記自動変速機は、入力回転部材と、
該入力回転部材の回転数を検出する入力回転検出センサと、
出力回転部材と、
該出力回転部材の回転数を検出する出力回転検出センサと、
前記中間回転部材の回転を検出する回転検出センサを有することを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1乃至4記載において、前記複数の摩擦係合要素は、前記第1のブレーキとは異なる第2のブレーキをさらに有し、
前記非駆動レンジはニュートラルレンジとされ、
前記駆動レンジは、リバースレンジとされ、
該ニュートラルレンジから該リバースレンジへの切替時において、前記第1のブレーキは解放されるとともに、前記第1のクラッチと第2のブレーキの係合によりリバースレンジが形成されることを特徴とする自動変速機。
