Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジンの吸気管は、エンジンに導入される空気が流れるメイン流路22と、メイン流路22から分岐し、#2シリンダ、#4シリンダおよび#6シリンダに通じる上側分岐流路23と、メイン流路22から分岐し、#1シリンダ、#3シリンダおよび#5シリンダに通じる下側分岐流路24と、上側分岐流路23と下側分岐流路24とを区画する隔壁31とを備える。隔壁31は、メイン流路22に対峙する端部32を有する。端部32は、球状面によって形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関に導入される空気が流れるメイン流路と、
前記メイン流路から分岐し、第1のシリンダ群に通じる第1の分岐流路と、
前記メイン流路から分岐し、第2のシリンダ群に通じる第2の分岐流路と、
前記第1の分岐流路と前記第2の分岐流路とを区画する隔壁とを備え、
前記隔壁は、前記メイン流路に対峙する端部を有し、
前記端部は、球状面によって形成されている、内燃機関の吸気管。 - 前記隔壁は、前記端部に対して前記メイン流路の反対側で延在する基部をさらに有し、
前記端部と前記基部との境界位置で、前記端部を形成する球状面が、連続して前記基部まで連なっている、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気管。 - 前記隔壁は、前記端部に対して前記メイン流路の反対側で延在し、ほぼ一定の厚みTを有する基部をさらに有し、
前記端部は、前記厚みTよりも大きい厚みtを有する、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の吸気管。 - 前記隔壁は、前記端部に対して前記メイン流路の反対側で延在する基部をさらに有し、
前記端部は、前記基部とは別部材から形成され、前記基部に取り付けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の吸気管。 - 吸気管は、樹脂成形により形成されており、
前記端部を含む第1の成形部分と、前記第1の成形部分とは別に成形された第2の成形部分とが、組み合わさって前記吸気管が形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の吸気管。 - 互いに点火順序が隣り合わない前記第1のシリンダ群が形成された第1のバンクと、互いに点火順序が隣り合わない前記第2のシリンダ群が形成された第2のバンクとを備えるV型6気筒エンジンに搭載された、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の吸気管。
