Abstract
Description
直列N-S交互極、高い残留磁気と保磁力の問題を克服し、それによりフラックス密度を高める新規性のある接合方法を使用し組立てられた電機子磁石又は多極固定子磁石構造、

Claims (49)
- 軸上に配列された複数の巻線、
外力の掛かる前記軸に沿う前記巻線に沿って動くように配列された少なくとも一つの電磁式電機子、及び、
移動の方向を逆転させその動作を促進するための磁力電機子に力を加えるための前記軸の端末に備えられる少なくとも一つの促進材料と、
前記磁石電機子は直列に配列されたNS交互極性の極を持つ少なくとも一つの磁気極構造を含む、
リニア発電機。 - 前記磁極構造が二つの端末と側面を持つ個々の平行六面体形状双極磁石、相互に向き合うような前記側面平面で相互に結合された前記一対の双極磁石、前記磁石構造を形成するための前記個々の双極性磁石の前記端部で相互に組み合わさる前記一対、より成る請求項1記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石が接着剤により接合される、請求項2記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石が溶接又は半田付けにより接合される、請求項2記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石が焼結により接合される、請求項2記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石がボンドにより接合される、請求項2記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁石極構造が接着剤により接合される、請求項2記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁石極構造が焼結により接合される、請求項2記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁石極構造がボンドにより接合される、請求項2記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記巻線が前記軸方向から見た場合、時計回り、反時計回りに交互に巻かれ、前記巻線は、前記各巻線は多層積み重ね配列にされる少なくとも一つを持つ、請求項1記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料が弾力性材料製である請求項1記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料がゴム製である請求項11記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料がバネ製である請求項11記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料が前記磁性体に斥力を生成する磁性体又はシステムを含む請求項1記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料が更に弾力性部材を含む請求項14記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料は対応する電機子の端部で極構造と同じ極性を持つ磁石を含み、磁性要素がそれに接近する時、磁性要素がそれにより拒絶される請求項14記載のリニア発電機。
- 少なくとも一つの前記促進材料が前記軸の端部に備えられる請求項1記載のリニア発電機。
- 複数の前記電機子を含む請求項1記載のリニア発電機。
- 各々が一対の端面を持つ少なくとも一つの一対の個々の平行六面体形双極磁石を提供すること、
同極が相互に対面して接着させて、前記一対を形成するように前記個々の双極磁石の側面を結合させること、
少なくとも二つのNS交互極性の逆の極性を含む直列接続磁石配列を形成するように前記磁石の端面を結合させること、
の段階を含む請求項1のリニア発電機に使用するための磁石組立方法。 - 少なくとも一つの固定式磁石構造、
外力の掛かる構造の軸に平行する磁石構造に関連して動作するように配列された複数の巻線と、
巻線移動の方向を逆転させ、その動作を促進させるように、巻線に力を加えるたに前記軸の端末に備えられる少なくとも一つの促進材料と、
前記磁石構造が直列に配列されたNS交互極性の極を持つ少なくとも一つの磁気極構造を含む、
より成るリニア発電機 - 前記磁石構造が前記巻線を通過する前記軸に沿って延びる第一多極磁石を含む請求項1または20記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁石構造が前記巻線の外側の前記第一多極磁石に平行に延びる少なくとも一つの付加的多極磁石を含む請求項21記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記第一多極磁石が連結された二つの半円筒形構造から成り立ち、前記少なくとも一つの付加的多極磁石は互いに結合した二つのアーチ型構造を持つ凹んだ円筒形構造であり、前記第一多極磁石と同軸である請求項22記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記第一多極磁石が固体の円筒形であり、前記少なくとも一つの付加的多極磁石は半球状の切断面を持つ請求項22記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁極構造が二つの端末と側面を持つ個々の平行六面体形状双極磁石、同極が相互に向き合うように前記側面平面で相互に結合された前記一対の双極磁石、前記磁石構造を形成するために前記個々の双極性磁石の前記端部で相互に組み合わさる前記一対、より成る請求項1記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石が接着剤により接合される請求項25記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石が溶接又は半田付けで接合される請求項25記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石が焼結で接合される請求項25記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個々の双極磁石がボンドで接合される請求項25記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁極構造が接着剤により接合される請求項25記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁極構造が焼結により接合される請求項25記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記磁極構造がボンドにより接合される請求項25記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記巻線は前記軸方向から見た場合、時計回り、反時計回りに交互に巻かれ、前記巻線が、前記各巻線の多層積み重ね配列に配列される少なくとも一つを持つ、請求項20記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料が弾力性物質から作られる請求項20記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料がゴムから作られる請求項34記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料がバネから作られる請求項34記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料が前記巻線に斥力を生成する磁性物質又はシステムを含む請求項20記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記促進材料が弾力性部材を含む請求項37記載のリニア発電機。
- 少なくとも一つの前記促進材料が前記軸の各端末に備えられる請求項20記載のリニア発電機。
- 各々が一対の端面と一対の側面を持つ、少なくとも一つの一対の個々の平行六面体形双極磁石を提供すること、
同極が相互に対面して接着するように、前記一対を形成するために前記個々の双極磁石の側面を結合させること、及び、
少なくとも二つのNS交互極性の極性を持つ直列接続磁石を形成するように前記磁石の端面を結合すること、
の段階から成る請求項20記載のリニア発電機に使用する磁石組立方法。 - 直列に配列された交互極性を持つ少なくとも一つの磁石構造と、
前記磁極構造が、二つの端末と側面を持つ少なくとも一対の個々の平行六面体形状双極磁石、同極が相互に向き合うような前記側面平面で相互に結合された前記一対の双極磁石、前記磁石構造を形成するための前記個々の双極性磁石の前記端部で相互に組み合わさる前記一対、より成る
リニア発電機のための磁石構造。 - 前記個々の双極性磁石が接着剤にて接合される請求項41に記載の磁石構造。
- 前記個々の双極性磁石が溶接又は半田付けにて接合される請求項41に記載の磁石構造。

- 各巻線は多層積み重ね配列の少なくとも一つの層の中に形成される少なくとも一つの巻線を持つ複数の巻線であって、前記巻線は少なくともひとつの第1の時計回り巻線と少なくとも一つの第2の反時計回り巻線を含む前記巻線から成る
