Claims (10)
- 電子コイルが巻線されてなる電子コイル体(101)と;
前記電子コイル体(101)を収め、一側に電子コイル体(101)から引き出された一対の引出線(102)が位置するスリーブ接続部(108)(108a)を備えるコアリング(110)と;
前記スリーブ接続部(108)(108a)内の引出線(102)と接続される第1及び第2のターミナル(131)(132)と、前記第1及び第2のターミナル(131)(132)の一端が収められて前記スリーブ接続部(108)(108a)に接続される第1の接続部(136)と、前記第1及び第2のターミナル(131)(132)の他端が収められて外部電源を供給するコネクタ(5)と接続される第2の接続部(137)と、前記第1及び第2の接続部(136)(137)の間に形成され、前記第1及び第2のターミナル(131)(132)と接続されたダイオード(140)を収める中間接続部(135)と、よりなるケース(130)を備えるスリーブ(120)と;を備えてなることを特徴とするフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。 - 前記ダイオード(140)とシリアルにて接続されるようにレジスタ(141)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記第1及び第2のターミナル(131)(132)は、それぞれ一側に連結部(133)(134)を延設して前記ダイオード(140)に前記第1及び第2のターミナル(131)(132)をパラレルにて接続させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記ダイオード(140)にレジスタ(141)をシリアルにて接続すると共に、前記第1及び第2のターミナル(131)(132)の連結部(133)(134)の端部に形成された組付溝(133a)(134a)が前記ターミナルの長手方向に沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記スリーブ接続部(108)は、前記電子コイル体(101)を収めるボビン(105)の一側に前記引出線(102)と接続される接続ターミナル(107)が内蔵された突出接続部(106)を備えて前記突出接続部(106)と前記スリーブ(120)の第1の接続部(136)を接続させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記スリーブ接続部(108a)は、前記コアリング(110)の外周面の一側に前記引出線(102)が通過する貫通孔(111)を形成して前記引出線(102)と前記スリーブ(120)の第1の接続部(136)を接続させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記スリーブ接続部(108a)と前記第1の接続部(136)の少なくとも一側には、係合部(136b)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項6記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記中間接続部(135)は、前記ダイオード(140)を外部から保護する保護部材(150)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記保護部材(150)は、前記ケース(130)の中間接続部(135)に取り付けられる保護カバー(150a)であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
- 前記保護部材(150)は、前記ケース(130)の中間接続部(135)に樹脂部材(150b)をモールド成形してなることを特徴とする請求項8記載のフィールドコイルアセンブリの構造。
