Abstract
Description
相互に交錯されて設置された2組の媒体流通チャンネルであって、物理的に分離されていて、熱交換接触状態にある2つの媒体の流れが流通することができる一次媒体回路および二次媒体回路を構成する2組の媒体流通チャンネルと、
前記チャンネルを分離する熱伝導壁部と、
チャンネルを境界決めする壁部が受入れられており、2組のチャンネル用の少なくとも1つの入口および2つの出口が連結されているハウジングと、
を備えている熱交換器を製造する方法に関する。
(a)例えば、プラスチック、または銅またはアルミニウムのような金属の可塑的に変形可能な板を用意することと、
(b)例えば銅またはアルミニウムのほぼ波形状に整形され、フィンの列として役立つことができる少なくとも1つの金属ストリップを用意することと、
(c)板を同様な板に連結することができる縁部帯域を得るように、この板を可塑的に変形させることと、
(d)工程(c)の前または後に、ストリップに向けられた波形状の最も外側の表面によってストリップを可塑的に変形可能な板に連結することと、
(e)工程(a)、(b)、(c)および(d)を数回繰返してフィンを有する多数の熱伝導壁部を得ることと、
(f)選択された数の壁部が相互に平行な関係に設置されるように、工程(c)による縁部帯域を使用してこれらの壁部を少なくとも2つずつ互いに連結することと、
(g)これらの壁部をハウジングに受入れることと、を備えている。
Claims (20)
- 金属層および熱シール層の形成可能な積層体を具備している熱交換要素であって、積層体は、熱交換媒体用の流れチャンネルを形成するように、熱および圧力下でそれ自身に、或いは他の同様な積層体に対してシールされている、熱交換要素。
- 前記金属層は、軟質の焼きなましされたアルミニウムよりなる、請求項1に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記金属層は、25ミクロンと120ミクロンとの間、好ましくは約70ミクロンの厚さを有している、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記熱シール層は、前記金属層とほぼ同じ広がりである、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記熱シール層は、前記金属層の両面に設けられている、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記積層体は、更に、水保持層を備えている、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記積層体は、増大された表面積を有する渦巻状の形状に形成されている、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記積層体は、複数のフィンを形成するようにほぼ波状である、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記積層体は、その有効表面積を増大するために、熱および圧力下で前記積層体と熱伝導関係で連結されている複数のフィンを一方または両方の表面に備えている、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記フィンは、請求項1ないし8のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載のような積層体で形成されている、請求項9に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記流れチャンネルは、ほぼ矩形の横断面の細長い平らな管よりなる、前記全ての請求項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記管は、横縁部を有する第1の積層体部分を備えており、前記縁部は、互いに折り合わされ、シールされて細長いシームを形成している、請求項11に記載の熱交換要素。
- 前記管は、各々が横縁部を有する第1および第2の積層体部分を備えており、前記第1および第2の積層体部分は、それらの夫々の縁部に沿って互いにシールされている、請求項11に記載の熱交換要素。
- 可塑的に変形可能な第1の金属積層体を用意することと、
可塑的に変形可能な第2の積層体を用意することと、
前記第1の積層体を、一連のトラフを有するほぼ波状の形状に可塑的に形成することと、
前記第1の積層体を前記一連のトラフのところで前記第2の積層体に連結して熱伝導フィンを備えた熱伝導壁部を形成することと、
前記第2の積層体をそれ自身または他の同様な積層体にシールして流れチャンネルを形成することと、を具備している熱交換器を製造する方法。 - 少なくとも第1または第2の積層体は、熱シール可能な層を備えており、前記第1および第2の積層体は、第1の温度で熱シールにより互いに連結されている、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の積層体は、熱シール可能な層を備えており、前記第2の積層体は、前記第1の温度より低い第2の温度で熱シールによりそれ自身または他の同様な積層体にシールされている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の積層体は、第1および第2の表面を備えており、前記第1の表面は、水保持層を備えており、前記第2の表面は、第2の積層体に連結されている、請求項14ないし16のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の積層体を前記第2の積層体に連結するに先立って前記第1の積層体を幾つかの部分に分割する工程を更に具備している請求項14ないし17のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の積層体は、第1および第2の表面を備えており、前記第1の積層体の幾つかの部分は、前記第2の積層体の第1および第2の表面の両方に連結されている、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の積層体を前記第2の積層体に連結するに先立って前記第1の積層体にルーバーを形成する工程を更に具備している、請求項14ないし19のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の方法。
