Abstract
Description
請求項1の特徴部記載のように構成された本発明による燃料噴射弁は、公知のものと比べて、噴射開口の領域における燃料の付着を効果的に阻止することができる、という利点を有している。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の実施例を詳説する。
図2は、本発明による燃料噴射弁の第1実施例を噴射開口の領域において拡大して示す断面図であり、
図3は、本発明による燃料噴射弁の第2実施例を噴射開口の領域において拡大して示す断面図である。
以下においては本発明の実施例を説明する。同一部材はすべての図面において同一符号で示されている。図2及び図3を参照して本発明の有利な実施例について述べる前に、本発明の構成に対する理解を良好にするために、まず初めに図1を参照しながら、従来技術による燃料噴射弁の主要な構成部材について簡単に説明する。
Claims (9)
- 燃料噴射弁(1)、特に内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁(1)であって、弁座体(5)に形成された弁座面(6)と共働してシール座を形成する弁閉鎖体(4)が設けられており、さらにシール座の下流に少なくとも1つの噴射開口(7)が設けられていて、該噴射開口(7)がガイド領域(38)と、噴射開口の噴射側端部に配置された流出領域(39)とを有しており、該流出領域(39)が、ガイド領域(38)から流出領域(39)への移行部(40)から、階段状に少なくとも1つの段部(41)をもってかつ/又は少なくとも部分的に連続的に拡がっている形式のものにおいて、
移行部(40)のところでガイド領域(38)から噴流角度(46)をもってほぼ等しい形で拡がって流出する燃料噴流(42)が、所定の距離sだけ進んだ後で、流出領域(39)の流出側端部(43)を、該流出側端部(43)との間に所定の間隙寸法(47)の間隙(44)をおいて通過するようになっており、該間隙寸法(47)が0よりも大きく、かつ流出領域(39)において燃料噴流(42)と該流出領域(39)の内壁との間に第1の容積(45)が残っていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 間隙寸法(47)が0.3mm以下であり、かつ0.1mm以上である、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ガイド領域(38)と流出領域(39)とが互いに同軸的に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 移行部(40)が噴射方向において円錐形に拡がっている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 流出領域(39)が円筒形である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ガイド領域(38)が流出領域(39)に進入している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 移行部(40)の噴射側端部において、流出領域(39)がまず初め連続的に噴射方向とは逆向きに拡がっている、請求項7記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 流出領域(39)が流出側端部(43)の領域において円筒形である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
