Abstract
【解決手段】 芯管31の外面を押圧して内面に突起313を形成し、芯管31の外周に巻管32を螺旋状に巻き付ける。その後、芯管31と巻管32全体を湾曲させ、ロウ付け作業を行う。その結果、曲げ部において、曲げ中心(b)側の部分においては巻管32の外面と芯管31の外面と隙間なく接触しており、曲げ部C−Cの曲げ中心(b)側の部分において、巻管(32)の外面と芯管(31)の外面とはロウ材(33)により結合されている。

Description
通常、突起が設けられた部分で曲げ加工を行うと、曲げ部において芯管の断面は突起により凸凹となっているため、芯管と巻管との接触不良が生じ、伝熱性能が低下するおそれがある。しかし、本発明では、まず芯管の外面を押圧して内面に突起を形成させた後、芯管の外面に巻管を巻き付け、巻管が芯管の外面に巻かれた状態で、例えば治具などを用いて芯管と巻管全体を湾曲させて芯管を曲げる作業を行う。このような方法で、少なくとも治具などと接触する曲げ部の曲げ中心側の部分においては、巻管の外面が芯管の外面と隙間なく接触することができ、少なくとも曲げ部の曲げ中心側の部分においては、芯管と巻管との接触不良が生じなくなり、伝熱性能の向上が図れる。
さらに、ロウ付け工程において、巻管の外面と芯管の外面とをロウ材でロウ付けすることで、芯管と巻管とを接合させ、伝熱性能の向上を図ることができる。
第1発明に係る熱交換器は、熱交換器の芯管の内面には突起が設けられているため、管内に設けた突起による熱伝達率の向上が図られ、熱交換器全体の性能が向上する。また、芯管に巻管を巻き付けた後長円形の渦巻形状に巻成した場合、曲げ部において芯管の断面は突起により凸凹となっているため、芯管と巻管との接触不良が生じ、伝熱性能が低下するおそれがある。しかし、この熱交換器では、曲げ部の曲げ中心側の部分において、巻管の外面は芯管の外面と隙間なく接触するように巻かれており、且つ曲げ部の曲げ中心側の部分において、巻管の外面と芯管の外面とはロウ材により結合されている。したがって、少なくとも曲げ部の曲げ中心側の部分においては、芯管と巻管との接触不良が生じなくなり、伝熱性能の向上が図れる。
第3発明に係る熱交換器は、少なくとも曲げ部の曲げ中心側の部分においては、芯管と巻管との接触不良が生じなくなり、伝熱性能の向上が図れる。また、巻管が芯管の外面に巻かれた状態では芯管と巻管全体を湾曲させると、曲げ部に突起が設けられていても、全体の強度が大きくなり、曲げ作業過程で芯管外面の凹んだ部位に大きな変形と破損が発生するのを抑制することができる。
図1は、本発明の熱交換器を採用したヒートポンプ式給湯機の模式図である。図1に示すヒートポンプ式給湯器においては、電気代の安い夜間電力を効率的に利用するため、長い時間をかけて水を約10℃から約90℃まで一過式で沸かす。ここで、ヒートポンプ式給湯機は、貯湯ユニット1とヒートポンプユニット2とを備えている。給湯ユニット1は、水道管11と、貯湯タンク12と、水循環用ポンプ13と、給水管3と、水熱交換器30を構成する芯管31と、温湯管16と、混合弁17と、給湯管18とが順に連結されている。ここでは、給水管11から貯湯タンク12に水道水が供給される。貯湯タンク12の底部から温度の低い水が水循環用ポンプ13より水熱交換器30の芯管31に供給され加熱される。加熱された温湯は、貯湯タンク12の上部に流入される。温湯管16を経て貯湯タンク12の上部から出湯される高温の温湯は、混合弁17により混合水管19の冷水と混合される。この混合弁17により給湯の温度が調節され、給湯管18によりユーザに供給される。
まず、芯管31の内面に突起313を形成する。ここで、突起の形成方法として、図5(a)に示すように、歯車状の形をした治具100を製作し、歯車100の歯の部分を芯管31の外面に押し付けて螺旋状の内面突起313を形成することができる。なお、図5(b)に示すように、管軸(a)に対し対向する位置に歯車101を押し付ける方法で、管軸方向に直線的に並んでいる突起413を形成することができる。また、突起の形成方法として、これらの方法に限定するものではない。

- 外面を押圧して内面に突起(313,413)が形成されている芯管(31)と、前記芯管(31)の外面に巻き付けられた巻管(32)とを備える熱交換器(30)において、
前記芯管は直線部(A)と曲げ部(B)とを有し、
前記曲げ部(B)の曲げ中心(b)側の部分において、前記巻管(32)の外面は前記芯管(31)の外面と隙間なく接触しており、
前記曲げ部(B)の曲げ中心(b)側の部分において、前記巻管(32)の外面と前記芯管(31)の外面とはロウ材(33)により結合されている、
