Abstract
【解決手段】透過照明可能な金属薄膜を有する合成樹脂シートを断面門型且つリング状に形成してなる透過リング3と、透明樹脂をサイドゲート方式でリング状に射出成形してなる透明樹脂リング4とが形成され、該透明樹脂リングが透過リングの内側天面の中央に接して設けられると共に、透明樹脂リングの両側に不透明樹脂部5、5が透過リングの内側天面に接するように形成され、透明樹脂リングの下部であって両側の不透明樹脂部の間に透明樹脂リングを位置決めするために使用された金型のコア25による形状を内部空間として有する。

Claims (5)
- 透過照明可能な金属薄膜を有する合成樹脂シートを断面門型且つリング状に形成してなる透過リングと、透明樹脂をサイドゲート方式でリング状に射出成形してなる透明樹脂リングとが形成され、該透明樹脂リングが前記透過リングの内側天面の中央に接して設けられると共に、前記透明樹脂リングの両側に不透明樹脂部が前記透過リングの内側天面に接するように形成され、前記透明樹脂リングの下部であって前記両側の不透明樹脂部の間に前記透明樹脂リングを位置決めするために使用された金型のコアによる形状を内部空間として有することを特徴とする部分的に透過照明可能な金属調合成樹脂リング。
- 前記金属薄膜の光線透過率が1〜50%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の部分的に透過照明可能な金属調合成樹脂リング。
- 前記透過リングの天面に、一定間隔のグラデーション印刷、一定間隔のスポット印刷、目盛り等の表示又は彩色をスクリーン印刷方式で印刷してなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の部分的に透過照明可能な金属調合成樹脂リング。
- 第1の金型により透明樹脂をサイドゲートでリング状に形成することにより透明樹脂リングとし、表面又は裏面に透過照明可能な金属薄膜を有する合成樹脂シートを断面門型のリング状に賦形してトリミングしてなる透過リングを第2の金型のキャビティに装着すると共に、前記透明樹脂リングを前記第2の金型のコアに形成された凹部に嵌合した位置決め状態で該第2の金型を閉じた後、前記透過リングと前記透明樹脂リングと前記第2の金型のコアとで形成される空間に複数のトンネル2ゲート方式で不透明樹脂を射出成形することにより前記透明樹脂リングの両側に不透明樹脂部を形成するようにしたことを特徴とする部分的に透過照明可能な金属調合成樹脂リングの製造方法。
- 第1の金型により透明樹脂をサイドゲートでリング状に形成し、表面又は裏面に透過照明可能な金属薄膜を有する合成樹脂シートを断面門型且つリング状に賦形してトリミングした透過リングを第2の金型のキャビティに装着し、前記第1の金型で成形した透明樹脂リングを第2の金型のコアで、前記透明樹脂リングと嵌合する凹部を有するコアに挿入して第2の金型を閉じ、前記透明樹脂リングと前記断面門型の透過リングと第2の金型のコアとで形成される空間に複数のトンネル2ゲート方式で不透明樹脂を射出成形してなる部分的に透過照明可能な金属調合成樹脂リングを製造することを特徴とする射出成形金型。
