Abstract
【解決手段】 LED18を支持した放熱プレート23とヒートシンク37とがバックパネル13を挟んで重なり合い部位57を構成し、この重なり合い部位57において取付ねじ52によりバックパネル13を挟み込んだ状態で一体化される。バックパネル13と放熱プレート23とヒートシンク37との密着性の向上を図り、効率的な放熱が行われるようにする。

Claims (2)
- 配線基板に多数個の発光ダイオードを実装してなる複数個の発光ユニット体を並べて複数列の発光アレイを構成し、これら発光アレイを透過型表示パネルの背面部に配列して上記各発光ダイオードから出射される照明光を上記表示パネルに供給する透過型表示装置に備えられ、
熱伝導性を有する金属材によって形成され、第1主面上に上記各配線基板を支持することによって上記発光ユニット体を構成する放熱プレートと、
熱伝導性を有する金属材によって形成され、第1主面上に上記表示パネルと対向して上記放熱プレートが第2主面を固定されることによって取り付けられるバックパネルと、
熱伝導性を有する金属材によって形成され、ベースと、このベースの第1主面に互いに所定の間隔を以って一体に立設された多数個のフィンとからなり、上記ベースの第2主面を取付面として上記バックパネルの第2主面に取り付けられ、上記各発光ダイオードの点灯動作により発生した熱が熱伝導手段によって伝導されることによって上記各フィンから放熱するヒートシンクとを備え、
上記ヒートシンクと上記バックパネル及び上記放熱プレートとが、上記ヒートシンクを上記バックパネルに対して上記放熱プレートの一部と対向して配置することによって複数箇所で重なり合い部位が構成されるとともに、これら重なり合い部位において互いに連通する複数の取付孔をそれぞれに形成し、各取付孔にねじ込んだ止めねじにより上記ヒートシンクと上記放熱プレートとが上記バックパネルを挟み込んだ状態で一体化されることを特徴とする放熱装置。 - 背面側から供給される照明光によって表示を行う透過型表示パネルと、
多数個の発光ダイオードと、これら発光ダイオードを実装した配線基板と、熱伝導性を有する金属材によって形成されて第1主面上に上記各配線基板を支持する放熱プレートとを有する複数の発光ブロック体を上記表示パネルの背面側に並べて複数列の発光アレイを構成し、上記各発光ダイオードから出射された上記照明光を上記表示パネルに供給するバックライトユニットと、
上記表示パネルと上記バックライトユニットとの間に配置されて上記照明光に対して所定の光変換処理や均一化処理を施して上記表示パネルに供給する光変換導光部と、
熱伝導性を有する金属材によって形成され、第1主面上に上記表示パネルと対向して上記発光ブロック体の上記各放熱プレートの第2主面を固定するバックパネルと、
熱伝導性を有する金属材によって形成され、ベースと、このベースの第1主面に互いに所定の間隔を以って一体に立設された多数個のフィンとからなり、上記ベースの第2主面を取付面として上記バックパネルの第2主面に取り付けられ、上記バックライトユニットの上記各発光ダイオードの点灯動作により発生した熱が上記各放熱プレートを介して伝導されることによって上記各フィンから放熱するヒートシンクとを備え、
上記ヒートシンクと上記バックパネル及び上記放熱プレートとが、上記ヒートシンクを上記バックパネルに対して上記放熱プレートの一部と対向して配置することによって複数箇所で重なり合い部位が構成されるとともに、これら重なり合い部位において互いに連通する複数の取付孔をそれぞれに形成し、各取付孔にねじ込んだ止めねじにより上記ヒートシンクと上記放熱プレートとが上記バックパネルを挟み込んだ状態で一体化されることを特徴とする表示装置。
