Abstract
【解決手段】透過型の液晶パネル4と、透過型の液晶パネル4を背面側から照明するバックライト装置3を備え、バックライト装置3は、照明光を照射する複数の発光素子11が実装される複数の光源基板10と、発光素子11の駆動回路が設けられた駆動基板20と、複数の光源基板10が一方の面側に取り付けられるボトムシャーシ6と、ボトムシャーシ6の一方の面側にボトムシャーシ6と対向間隔を介して取り付けられ、光源基板10から照射された照明光に光学処理を施す光学シートブロック30とを有し、駆動基板20が、光学シートブロック30を構成する反射板31の他方の面側で、ボトムシャーシ6の一方の面に取り付けられているので、全体の更なる薄型化を図ることができると共に、部品点数を減らすことができる。

Claims (8)
- 透過型の液晶パネルを背面側から照明するバックライト装置において、
照明光を照射する複数の発光素子が実装される複数の光源基板と、
上記発光素子の駆動回路が設けられ、上記光源基板と電気的に接続される駆動基板と、
上記複数の光源基板が一方の面に取り付けられるボトムシャーシと、
上記ボトムシャーシに取り付けられた光源基板に実装された上記発光素子と対応させて形成された開口部から上記発光素子を一方の面側に露出させると共に、上記発光素子から照射された照明光を反射する反射板と、
上記反射板の一方の面側に上記反射板と所定の対向間隔を介して対向され、上記反射板から入射された上記照明光を層内において拡散する拡散板と、
上記拡散板の一方の面側に組み合わされ、複数の光学機能シートを積層してなり、上記透過型の液晶パネルに上記照明光を導光する光学機能シート積層体とを備え、
上記駆動基板は、上記反射板の他方の面側で、上記ボトムシャーシの一方の面側に取り付けられていることを特徴とするバックライト装置。 - 上記光源基板には、パワーデバイスが実装されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記発光素子は、上記駆動基板によって、複数の上記発光素子で構成されるブロック毎に駆動されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記ボトムシャーシの他方の面側には、チューナが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライト装置。
- 透過型の液晶パネルと、
上記透過型の液晶パネルを背面側から照明するバックライト装置を備え、
上記バックライト装置は、
照明光を照射する複数の発光素子が実装される複数の光源基板と、
上記発光素子の駆動回路が設けられ、上記光源基板と電気的に接続される駆動基板と、
上記複数の光源基板が一方の面に取り付けられるボトムシャーシと、
上記ボトムシャーシに取り付けられた光源基板に実装された上記発光素子と対応させて形成された開口部から上記発光素子を一方の面側に露出させると共に、上記発光素子から照射された照明光を反射する反射板と、
上記反射板の一方の面側に上記反射板と所定の対向間隔を介して対向され、上記反射板から入射された上記照明光を層内において拡散する拡散板と、
上記拡散板の一方の面側に組み合わされ、複数の光学機能シートを積層してなり、上記透過型の液晶パネルに上記照明光を導光する光学機能シート積層体とを備え、
上記駆動基板は、上記反射板の他方の面側で、上記ボトムシャーシの一方の面側に配設されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 上記光源基板には、パワーデバイスが実装されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の液晶表示装置。
- 上記発光素子は、上記駆動基板によって、複数の上記発光素子で構成されるブロック毎に駆動されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の液晶表示装置。
- 上記ボトムシャーシの他方の面側には、チューナが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の液晶表示装置。
