Claims (9)
- 表示部と、
前記表示部の背面側に配置され、前記表示部に背面側から光を照射する光源と、
前記光源が実装された光源基板と、
前記光源基板が取り付けられ、前記光源からの熱を放熱する金属製の放熱部材と、
前記放熱部材が取り付けられ、前記表示部を背面側から保持する金属製の背面側保持部材とを備え、
前記背面側保持部材は、前記放熱部材を位置決めするための位置決め部と、前記位置決め部により位置決めされた前記放熱部材を固定するための固定部とを一体的に含み、
前記背面側保持部材は、前記光源基板が取り付けられる面に凹部を有し、
前記位置決め部は、前記凹部とは異なる位置に配置されており、
前記凹部の背面側に対応する凸部は、前記背面側保持部材の、前記光源基板とは異なる回路基板が取り付けられる領域を囲むように構成されている、表示装置。 - 前記位置決め部は、前記放熱部材の側端面に当接する当接部と、前記放熱部材の表面側に形成され、前記光源からの熱に起因して前記放熱部材が表面側に反るのを抑制する反り抑制部とを含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記背面側保持部材は、矩形形状を有し、
前記放熱部材は、矩形形状を有する前記背面側保持部材の1辺の延びる方向に沿って延びるように形成されており、
前記当接部および前記反り抑制部を含む前記位置決め部は、少なくとも前記1辺の延びる方向における前記放熱部材の中央部近傍に対応する前記背面側保持部材の位置に配置されている、請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記1辺の延びる方向における前記放熱部材の中央部近傍には、切欠きが形成されており、
前記位置決め部の前記当接部は、前記放熱部材の前記切欠きに対応する部分の内側面に当接するように構成されているとともに、前記位置決め部の反り抑制部は、前記放熱部材の前記切欠きに対応する部分の表面側に形成されている、請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記当接部および前記反り抑制部を含む前記位置決め部は、前記1辺の延びる方向における前記放熱部材の中央部近傍に対応する前記背面側保持部材の位置のみならず、前記1辺の延びる方向における前記放熱部材の両端部近傍に対応する前記背面側保持部材の位置にも配置されている、請求項3または4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記固定部は、前記放熱部材に対して前記位置決め部とは反対側に配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記放熱部材は、前記放熱部材の前記位置決め部とは反対側の端部近傍から前記背面側保持部材とは反対側に直立する直立部を含み、
前記固定部は、前記放熱部材の前記直立部に係合するとともに、前記位置決め部により位置決めされた前記放熱部材の前記直立部を前記固定部に対して取り付ける際の取付方向と交差する方向に撓み変形可能なフック部を含む、請求項6に記載の表示装置。 - 前記位置決め部および前記固定部は、それぞれ、前記板金製の背面側保持部材が切り起こされることにより、前記板金製の背面側保持部材に一体的に形成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 表示部と、
前記表示部の背面側に配置され、前記表示部に背面側から光を照射する光源と、
前記光源が実装された光源基板と、
前記光源基板が取り付けられ、前記光源からの熱を放熱する板金製の放熱部材と、
前記放熱部材が取り付けられ、前記表示部を背面側から保持する板金製の背面側保持部材とを備え、
前記背面側保持部材は、前記放熱部材を位置決めするための位置決め部と、前記位置決め部により位置決めされた前記放熱部材を固定するための固定部とを一体的に含み、
前記位置決め部および前記固定部は、それぞれ、前記板金製の背面側保持部材が切り起こされることにより、前記板金製の背面側保持部材に一体的に形成されている、表示装置。
