Abstract

本发明提供了一种液晶模组的散热结构,其设置于液晶模组的LED光源的周围,所述散热结构包括若干层相互叠加的散热片,所述散热片设于LED光源的侧壁和背光面板的侧面。所述散热结构包括至少两层散热片,其通过折弯一体成型而成,所述散热片在背光面板的侧面叠加并贴合。通过增加散热片的层数,将多层散热片弯折并叠加,贴附于背光面板的背面,在液晶模组的有限空间内,大大增加了散热面积,从而提高了液晶模组的散热效率,解决了现有液晶模组中散热面积不足的问题。

一种液晶模组的散热结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶模组,尤其是指一种液晶模组的散热结构。
背景技术
在传统的液晶模组中,由于对产品的厚度要求相对较低,因此增加散热片的宽度就可以很好的解决散热问题,随着液晶技术的发展,液晶显示器的设计倾向于轻薄化的设计方向,受限于产品的空间,散热问题成为了比较难以解决的问题。
发明内容
基于现有技术的不足,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种可有效增加液晶模组的散热面积的散热结构。
本发明提供了一种液晶模组的散热结构,其设置于液晶模组的LED光源的周围,所述散热结构包括若干层相互叠加的散热片,所述散热片设于LED光源的侧壁和背光面板的侧面。
优选地,所述散热结构包括至少两层散热片,其通过折弯一体成型而成,所述散热片在背光面板的侧面叠加并贴合。
优选地,所述各层散热片的厚度相同。所述各层散热片的宽度相同,所述散热结构的厚度为。
与现有技术相比,本发明液晶模组的散热结构,通过增加散热片的层数,将多层散热片弯折并叠加,贴附于背光面板的背面,在液晶模组的有限空间内,大大增加了散热面积,从而提高了液晶模组的散热效率,解决了现有液晶模组中散热面积不足的问题,也满足了现有液晶模组轻薄化的要求。采用弯折成型的方式,既无需其他紧固件将两者相互固定,可将两散热片复合相叠,成型简易,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
为了提高液晶模组发热元器件的散热效果,本发明提供了一种液晶模组的散热结构1,其设置于液晶模组的LED光源2的周围,所述散热结构1包括若干层相互叠加的散热片10,所述散热片10设于LED光源2的侧壁和背光面板3的侧面。
其中,参照图1和图2所示,散热结构1装配于液晶模组的内部,为了能对液晶模组中的LED光源2进行高效散热,将所述散热结构1装配于LED光源2以及背光面板3的四周,所述散热结构1由散热片10组成,在本发明中,所述散热片10设为两层,两层散热片10相互平行叠加,贴附于液晶模组中发热较大的部分,即将散热片10相互叠加地贴附于背光面板3与壳体之间。所述两层散热片10通过折弯一体成型,沿液晶模组的壳体形状而弯折,散热片10的一端贴附于LED光源2的背面,以有效降低LED光源2的热量,另一端弯折成直角,沿背光面板3延伸,上下两层散热片10平行贴合,通过增加散热片10的散热面积,在液晶模组的有效空间内大大增加了背光面板和LED光源的散热面积,以有效地提高了整体液晶模组的散热效率,满足了现有液晶模组散热高效化、轻薄化的要求。
在本发明中,所述散热结构可包含有多层散热片,如2-4层,优选2层,散热片的层数越多,散热面积越大。所述各层散热片的厚度和宽度相同。
本发明液晶模组的散热结构,通过增加散热片的层数,将多层散热片弯折并叠加,贴附于背光面板的背面,在液晶模组的有限空间内,大大增加了散热面积,从而提高了液晶模组的散热效率,解决了现有液晶模组中散热面积不足的问题。采用弯折成型的方式,既无需其他紧固件将两者相互固定,可将两散热片复合相叠,成型简易,降低了生产成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种液晶模组的散热结构,其设置于液晶模组的LED光源的周围,其特征在于:所述散热结构包括若干层相互叠加的散热片,所述散热片设于LED光源的侧壁和背光面板的侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组的散热结构,其特征在于:所述散热结构包括至少两层散热片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组的散热结构,其特征在于:所述散热片通过折弯一体成型而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液晶模组的散热结构,其特征在于:所述散热片在背光面板的侧面叠加并贴合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组的散热结构,其特征在于:所述各层散热片的厚度相同。
6.根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组的散热结构,其特征在于:所述各层散热片的宽度相同。
