Abstract
【解決手段】 工作機械は、ベッド11に前後動自在に支持されているテーブル12と、テーブル移動経路を挟んでその両側にそれぞれ立てられている左右一対のコラム13と、両コラム13に上下動自在に支持されているクロスレール14と、クロスレール14に左右動自在に支持されている主軸頭15とを備えている。両コラム13が、互いに一致させられたコラム前後方向中心線Lを有している。クロスレール14が、レール前後方向中心線Nを有している。コラム前後方向中心線Lおよびレール前後方向中心線Nを一致させた状態でクロスレール14が上下動させられるようになされている。

Claims (7)
- ベッドに前後動自在に支持されているテーブルと、テーブル移動経路を挟んでその両側にそれぞれ立てられている左右一対のコラムと、両コラムに上下動自在に支持されているクロスレールと、クロスレールをコラムに対し上下駆動するクロスレール駆動手段と、クロスレールを上下方向に案内するクロスレール案内手段と、クロスレールに左右動自在に支持されている主軸頭とを備えている工作機械において、
クロスレール駆動手段およびクロスレール案内手段が、両コラムの互いに対向する対向面に設けられていることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 両コラムが、互いに一致させられたコラム前後方向中心線に対し線対称に形成され、
クロスレールが、クロスレール前後方向中心線に対し線対称に形成され、
コラム前後方向中心線およびクロスレール前後方向中心線を一致させた状態でクロスレールが上下動させられるようになされている請求項1に記載の工作機械。 - クロスレール駆動手段がコラム前後方向中心線に対し線対称に形成されている請求項2に記載の工作機械。
- クロスレール案内手段がコラム前後方向中心線に対し線対称に形成されている請求項2または3に記載の工作機械。
- クロスレールに、主軸頭を前後方向に間隙をおいて挿通させたスペースが上下貫通状に形成されており、
主軸頭が、クロスレール前後方向中心線に対し線対称に形成され、
主軸頭をクロスレールに対し左右駆動する主軸頭駆動手段を設け、
主軸頭を左右方向に案内する主軸頭案内手段を設け、
クロスレール前後方向中心線および主軸頭前後方向中心線を一致させた状態で主軸頭が左右動させられるようになされている請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の工作機械。 - 主軸頭案内手段がクロスレール前後方向中心線に対し線対称に形成されている請求項5に記載の工作機械。
- 主軸頭駆動手段がクロスレール前後方向中心線に対し線対称に形成されている請求項5または6に記載の工作機械。
