Claims (9)
- 非回転曲面を備えるワークにおいて、
前記非回転曲面を備えるワークは、旋盤によって加工されることを特徴とする非回転曲面を備えるワーク。 - 前記非回転曲面を備えるワークは、アルミニウム合金と、マグネシウム合金と、アルミニウムと、ステンレス鋼とのいずれか1つの材料によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
- 前記非回転曲面を備えるワークは、タブレットパソコンと、パソコンと、一体型パソコンと、液晶ディスプレイと、液晶テレビと、のいずれかのハウジングであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
- 前記非回転曲面を備えるワークの三次元の曲面の表面粗さは、0.2μm〜1.0μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
- 前記非回転曲面を備えるワークは中空の矩形状を呈し、前記非回転曲面の曲率の半径は、前記非回転曲面の中心部分からその周辺部分に向けて、徐々に小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
- 前記旋盤は、前記ワークにおいて往復運動する旋盤用バイトと、前記ワークを回転させる作業台と、を備え、前記旋盤用バイトは、前記作業台と組み合わさって、前記ワークの表面に、非回転曲面加工することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
- 前記旋盤は旋盤用バイトを備え、前記非回転曲面には、前記旋盤用バイトによって螺旋状のルートが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
- 前記旋盤の旋盤用バイトの高速な往復運動の頻度は、400回〜2400回/分であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
- 前記作業台の作業台80の回転速度は、100回〜800回/分であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非回転曲面を備えるワーク。
