Claims (7)
- 三次元曲面を有するワークを加工し、且つ入力モジュール、前記入力モジュールに電気接続される制御モジュール、旋盤用バイト及び作業台を備える旋盤制御システムにおいて、
前記旋盤制御システムは、前記制御モジュールにそれぞれ電気接続される送りモジュール、第一移動モジュール、第二移動モジュール及び回転駆動モジュールをさらに備え、前記旋盤用バイトは、前記送りモジュールに設けられ、前記第一移動モジュールは、前記送りモジュールを第一方向に沿って移動させ、前記第二移動モジュールは、前記送りモジュールを前記第一方向に垂直である第二方向に沿って移動させ、前記回転駆動モジュールは、前記作業台を駆動して回転させることによって、前記ワークを連動して回転させ、前記第一移動モジュールが前記送りモジュールを駆動して前記第一方向に沿って移動する或いは前記第二移動モジュールが前記送りモジュールを駆動して前記第二方向に沿って移動する際、前記送りモジュールは、一定な頻度で前記旋盤用バイトを駆動して前記第一方向及び前記第二方向に垂直である第三方向で前記作業台に向けて上下方向に沿って前記作業台の回転速度よりも高速に往復運動させて、三次元曲面を有するワークの加工し、前記該作業台の回転速度は、100回〜800回/分間であり、前記旋盤用バイトの前記第三方向における高速往復運動の頻度は、400回〜3200回/分間であることを特徴とする旋盤制御システム。 - 前記旋盤制御システムは、入力モジュールを介して制御パラメーターを入力し、前記制御モジュールは、前記制御パラメーターに基づいて前記旋盤用バイトの前記第一方向、前記第二方向における移動範囲及び移動速度、前記旋盤用バイトの前記第三方向における高速往復運動の頻度及び振幅、前記作業台の回転速度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の旋盤制御システム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記送りモジュールを制御して、前記送りモジュールが前記旋盤用バイトを連動して前記第一方向又は/及び前記第二方向に沿って移動させると共に、前記第三方向で高速往復運動させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の旋盤制御システム。
- 前記旋盤用バイトの前記第三方向における高速往復運動の振幅は、前記旋盤用バイトの前記第二方向に沿う移動に従って変化することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の旋盤制御システム。
- 前記旋盤用バイトの切削軌跡は、螺旋状を呈することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の旋盤制御システム。
- 前記第一移動モジュールは、前記送りモジュールに電気接続されて、前記送りモジュールの前記第一方向に沿うスライドを制御することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の旋盤制御システム。
- 前記第二移動モジュールは、前記送りモジュールに電気接続されて、前記送りモジュールの前記第二方向に沿うスライドを制御することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の旋盤制御システム。
