Claims (7)
- 지면에 이격되어 공작물의 상부면에 배치되는 프레임(10)과,상기 프레임(10)에 한쌍으로 연결되는 아치 형상의 전/후 회동프레임(20)과,상기 전/후 회동프레임(20)과 교차 연결될 수 있도록 상기 전/후 회동프레임(20) 보다 상대적으로 낮은 높이를 갖는 아치 형상의 좌/우 회동프레임(30)과,상기 전/후 회동프레임(20)과, 좌/우 회동프레임(30)의 교차부위에 수직으로 삽입되어 전/후/좌/우 회동프레임(20,30)을 따라 회동하는 주축(50)을 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 주축(50)은 미끄럼부재(40)에 결합되고, 상기 미끄럼부재(40)는 전/후 회동프레임(20)의 하부면과, 좌/우 회동프레임(30)의 상부면에 슬라이딩 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 가변축 머신.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전/후 회동프레임(20) 및 좌/우 회동프레임(30)은 각각 모터(M)와 연결되어 강제 회동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 가변축 머신.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전/후 회동프레임(20) 및 좌/우 회동프레임(30)은 한쌍으로 구성되며, 간격 유지 및 강성을 증대시키기 위해 다수의 보강대(21,31)가 결합되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 가변축 머신.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 미끄럼부재(40)는 상호 회전가능하고, 높이 차를 갖도록 회전베어링(44)을 사이에 두고 회전베어링(44)의 하부 외측에 장착되는 제 1미끄럼틀(41)과, 상기 회전베어링(44)의 상부 안측에 결합되는 제 2미끄럼틀(42)로 구성되며,상기 제 2미끄럼틀(42)에는 전/후 회동프레임(20)의 저면에 밀착되는 2개의 제 1롤러(421)가 결합되고, 상기 제 1미끄럼틀(41)에는 좌/우 회동프레임(30)의 상부면에 밀착되는 2개의 제 2롤러(411)가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 가변축 머신.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 미끄럼부재(40)는 제 2미끄럼틀(42)과 탄성수단(60)에 의해 탄력적으로 연결되는 제 3롤러(431)가 장착되는 제 3미끄럼틀(43)을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 가변축 머신.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 탄성수단(60)은 제 2미끄럼틀(42) 및 제 3미끄럼틀(43)에 결합된 연결바(61)와, 상기 각 연결바(61)를 연결하는 스프링(62)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 가변축 머신.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 3미끄럼틀(43)은 전/후 회동프레임(20)의 상부면에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 가변축 머신.
