Claims (23)
- 環状リングと、

第1の周囲から第2の周囲に前記環状リングの周囲の調整を可能にするために前記環状リングに関連する手段と、
前記リングを前記第1の周囲に維持し、前記環状リングが前記第2の周囲に調整されたとき、前記環状リングを前記第2の周囲に維持するために前記環状リングに関連する手段とを含み、
前記解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔の前記周囲は、前記第1の周囲から前記第2の周囲に前記環状リングの前記周囲を調整することによって調整されることができる、解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔の内周を制御するための移植可能な装置。 - 前記環状リングを解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔のまわりの組織に固定することができる前記手段は、前記解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔の周りの前記組織に係合させるために前記環状リングから延びている複数の針を含む請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記針の各々は、第1の方向への前記環状リングの回転方向が前記保持針を前記所望の組織に係合させ、前記環状リングの前記第1の方向と反対の方向への回転運動が前記所望の組織から前記保持針を離脱するように環状リングに関して一貫した正接方向を向いている請求項2に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記針の各々は、その自由端にフックを含む請求項3に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記環状リングを解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔のまわりの組織に固定することができる前記手段は、前記環状リングをカバーする外側織物鞘部を含み、前記移植可能な装置を前記解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔の周りの前記組織に縫合するために縫合糸を前記外側織物を通して固定することができる請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記環状リングを解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔のまわりの組織に固定することができる前記手段は、前記環状リングの周囲の周りに間隔を置いた複数のグロメットを含む請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記グロメットは、縫合糸を周りに配置し、次に下の組織を通して、前記環状リングを前記解剖学的オリフィス又は内腔の周りの組織に固定するための中間の狭いネック部分を有する請求項6に記載の移植可能な装置。

- 前記装置は、前記環状リングの前記周囲の周りに交互に配置された波形部分とグロメット部分を含む請求項6に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記環状リングは、環状に形成された中空の管を含み、前記管は、その周囲の周りに交互に間隔を配置された平滑な部分と波形の部分を有し、
前記環状リングを解剖学的なオリフィス又は内腔の周りの組織に固定することができる前記手段は前記管を含み、前記管は、縫合糸が前記管を貫通し、前記下の組織を通ることができるように十分に柔らかく、

前記リングを前記第1の周囲に維持し、前記環状リングが前記第2の周囲に調整されたとき、前記環状リングを前記第2の周囲に維持するために前記環状リングに関連する手段は、前記環状のリングが所定の形状に配置されたとき、十分に硬い波形部分を含み、前記選択された解剖学的なオリフィス又は内腔で正常な解剖学的な力が加えられたとき、前記所定の形状のままになる傾向がある請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。 - 前記環状リングは、環状に形成された中空管を含み、前記管は、その周囲に交互に配置された円滑な部分及び波形部分を有し、
前記環状リングを、解剖学的なオリフィス又は内腔の周りの組織に固定することができる前記手段は、縫合糸を狭くなっている周囲の前記部分で前記管の周りに下の組織を通して通過されるように狭くなった周囲部分を有する前記管を含み、
第1の周囲から第2の周囲に前記環状リングの周囲の調整を可能にするために前記環状リングに関連する前記手段は、前記波形部分を含み、
前記リングを前記第1の周囲に維持し、前記環状リングが前記第2の周囲に調整されたとき、前記環状リングを前記第2の周囲に維持するために前記環状リングに関連する手段は、前記環状のリングが所定の形状に配置されたとき、十分に硬い波形部分を含み、前記選択された解剖学的なオリフィス又は内腔で正常な解剖学的な力が加えられたとき、前記所定の形状のままになる傾向がある請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。 - 第1の周囲から第2の周囲に前記環状リングの周囲の調整を可能にするために前記環状リングに関連する前記手段は、
前記環状リングの少なくとも一部に形成された歯と、
前記環状リングの前記歯に係合するギヤとを有し、前記ギヤ及び前記歯は、前記歯車を回転することによって、第1の周囲から第2の周囲に前記環状リングの周囲を調整するために前記環状リングの第1の端部と第2の端部との間の相対運動を行うように配置されている請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。 - 前記ギヤに係合する前記環状リングの前記部分が、前記ギヤと前記ホイールとの間を通るように、前記ギヤに正接する位置に配置されたホイールをさらに含む請求項15に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記ギヤは、前記環状リングの前記第2の端部に固定される関係で取り付けられており、前記歯は、前記環状リングの前記第1の端部に隣接して形成されている請求項15に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記移植部材の前記周囲が、前記外科的な切開の閉鎖の後、前記オリフィス又は内腔を通る生理学的な流れの再開の後調整されることができるように前記ギヤから離れた場所から前記ギヤを回転させるための手段を含む請求項15に記載の移植可能な装置。

ウォームギヤと、
前記ウォームギヤの回転が、第1の周囲から第2の周囲に前記環状リングの周囲を調整するために前記環状リングの第1の端部と第2の端部との間の相対運動を行うように前記ウォームギヤに係合するために前記環状リングの第1の端部と動作的に関連する手段とを含む請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。 - 前記ウォームギヤは、駆動端部に第1の傾斜ギヤヘッドを有し、前記ウォームギヤに片寄った関係で軸を含み、第1の端部に第2の傾斜ギヤヘッドを有し、前記第1及び第2の傾斜ギヤヘッドは、前記軸の回転が前記ウォームギヤを駆動するように駆動的に係合する請求項20に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記移植部材の前記周囲は、外科切開部の閉鎖後、前記オリフィス又は内腔を通る生理学的な流れの再開後調整されることができるように前記ウォームギヤから離れた場所から前記軸を回転するための手段を含む請求項21に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記軸及び離れた場所から前記軸を回転するための前記手段は、調整の完了後、前記ウォームギヤから離脱可能である請求項22に記載の移植可能な装置。
