前記組織係合部材が前記心臓弁輪に固定されるように、前記複数の留め具を前記心臓弁輪組織内へと刺入するための手段と
を備え、
前記スロットは、前記複数の留め具を貫通するように前記複数の留め具にそれぞれ形成された貫通孔である、装置。 - 前記ワイヤの第2のループの少なくとも一部分が、組織増殖を阻害する材料によって取り囲まれる、請求項29に記載の装置。

- 前記カテーテルを介した収縮状態での送達のために構成されたバルーンをさらに備え、前記バルーンが膨張したとき、前記バルーンが、前記組織係合部材を前記僧帽弁輪への刺入のための所定の位置に案内する、請求項41に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のチューブが、増殖阻害ライナまたは増殖阻害面を有する、請求項29に記載の装置。
