Abstract
Description
本発明は、最終の使用目的に応じて天然または合成のいずれかの源から得られたルテイン、その関連化合物(基本的には、様々な脂肪酸によるルテインのエステル)または両者の混合物の処方、仕上げ又は最終プレゼンテーションの方法を記載し、この方法は油および/または有機溶剤の存在下で抗酸化剤と適する割合でプレミックスすることからなる。
植物油の中のルテインおよび/またはその関連化合物の微結晶性懸濁物;これは親油性環境での適用に適する。
CWDルテイン(冷水分散性(cold-water-dispersible)ルテイン);これは親水性環境での適用に適する。
植物油の中のルテインおよび/または関連化合物の微結晶性懸濁物:
植物油を活性分子および抗酸化剤と混合する。
混合物をミル処理(milling)する。
CWDルテイン(冷水分散性ルテイン):
ルテインおよび/またはその関連化合物を、有機溶剤の中に、好ましくは、抗酸化剤または植物油存在下または両者の存在下で、分子溶解(molecular dissolution)させる。
活性分子の有機溶液を変性澱粉の水溶液によって乳化させる。
乾燥残留物が得られ且つ残留溶剤のレベルが適切になるまで、有機溶剤の及び水を蒸発させる。
生成物を乾燥しそして仕上げる。
本発明の主な目的はルテインおよび/またはその関連化合物を使用することが意図されている適用の特性の関数として様々な処方物を調製する方法である。該方法は油および/または有機溶剤の存在下で適する割合で微結晶性ルテインと抗酸化剤をプレミックスすることからなる。
Claims (22)
- 天然または合成にかかわらずいずれかの源に由来するルテイン特にそれの脂肪酸エステルに基づいた微結晶性処方物を得る方法であって、ルテインを油および/または有機溶剤の存在下で抗酸化剤化合物と適切な割合でプレミックスすることからなる前記方法。
- 抗酸化剤として、好ましくはトコフェロールまたはパルミチン酸アスコルビルが0.2〜30%の割合で、好ましくは10〜20%の範囲で、使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。
- 脂溶性抗酸化剤化合物が混合物中のルテインの重量に対して0.5〜5%の割合で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。
- 使用される油が植物起源のもの、好ましくは、ひまわり油、オリーブ油、コーン油、綿実油、落花生油または大豆油、である、請求項1〜3のいずれかの一項の方法。
- さらに、混合物に好ましくはボールミルでミル処理を受けさせることを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項の方法。
- 使用される有機溶剤が、好ましくは、塩化メチレン、クロロホルム、THF、酢酸エチル、酢酸プロピル、酢酸イソプロピル、酢酸n−ブチルまたは酢酸イソブチルから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の方法。
- さらに、
ルテイン化合物と抗酸化剤化合物と場合によっては油とを含有する有機相を、変性澱粉に基づいた水溶液中に乳化し次いでマイクロカプセル化すること;
有機溶剤と、水の一部を、蒸発によって除去して、有機溶剤の残留含量が懸濁物の乾燥物に基づいて5000ppm未満、好ましくは1000ppm未満、より好ましくは100ppm未満である液状懸濁物を得ること;
乾燥しそして仕上げること;
の諸工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、2または6の方法。 - 乳化剤として、澱粉エステル類、好ましくは、澱粉のコハク酸オクテニル誘導体、が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項7の方法。
- マイクロカプセル化剤として、澱粉エステル類、好ましくは、澱粉のコハク酸オクテニル誘導体、が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8の方法。
- 液状懸濁物の乾燥は入口空気について100〜200℃そして出口空気について60〜120℃の範囲の温度での噴霧によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項の方法。
- 液状懸濁物の乾燥は流動床について30〜90℃好ましくは50〜80℃の範囲の温度での流動床吹きつけによって行われ、懸濁物が20〜140℃に予熱された空気によって前記床上でスプレーされる、ことを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項の方法。
- 液状懸濁物の乾燥が凍結乾燥によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項の方法。
- 仕上げが粒子を多様な糖の水溶液または変性澱粉の水溶液によってコーティングすることからなることを特徴とする、請求項7〜12のいずれか一項の方法。
- 10ミクロン未満、好ましくは、5ミクロン未満、より好ましくは、2ミクロン未満、の結晶サイズをもつルテインおよび/またはそれの脂肪酸エステルの、油中の微結晶性懸濁物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項の方法に従って得ることができる処方物。
- 100〜2000ミクロンの範囲、好ましくは、100〜800ミクロンの範囲、より好ましくは、100〜300ミクロンの範囲、の平均粒子サイズをもつ、ルテインおよび/またはそれの脂肪酸エステルの微結晶の顆粒からなることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、および6〜13のいずれか一項の方法に従って得ることができる処方物。
- 10〜100ミクロンの範囲の平均粒子サイズをもつ、ルテインおよび/またはそれの脂肪酸エステルの微結晶の噴霧生成物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、および6〜13のいずれか一項の方法に従って得ることができる処方物。
- 50〜500ミクロンの範囲、好ましくは、200〜300ミクロンの範囲、の平均粒子サイズをもつ、ルテインおよび/またはそれの脂肪酸エステルの微結晶の噴霧生成物の凝集体からなることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、および6〜13のいずれか一項の方法に従って得ることができる処方物。
- 糖または変性澱粉の水溶液の乾燥重量で0.5〜10%によってコーティングされたことを特徴とする、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項の処方物。
- 請求項14の処方物の、着色剤としての、特に、食品、医薬品および化粧品分野における、用途。
- 請求項14の処方物の食品のサプリメントとしての用途。
